The Hockley County Memorial Library provides equal access to materials and resources to meet the cultural, educational, informational and recreational needs of the community. The Library supports the lifelong learning and leisure needs of residents of all ages. Our libraries main service area is Hockley County. As a Texas public library, our library does provide services to all Texas residents. Even out-of-state visitors benefit from our Internet access, printing and help with reference questions.
