After a poor experience elsewhere, my siblings and I agreed to move to Hoff. What a significant difference! From the first phone call on, we were treated with concern, respect, and professionalism. Ashley made us feel that we were working with a friend and took good care of all of us. She made a difficult time much easier and all the Hoff staff with whom we dealt were kind and competent. My family and I agreed it was a much better and easier experience and we are all grateful to Ashley and Hoff. We recommend them wholeheartedly!!

My family would like to thank Mara, Elizabeth and the rest of the Hoff Funeral team for their very caring, personal and professional service while taking care of our father Bruce Allen Krings. As with anyone who loses a parent, our family was devastated and making funeral arrangements during the grief and pain of that loss is an unfortunate part of the process. The service was beautiful. Hoff Funeral Home was professional, compassionate, and excellent during my mother's funeral planning. We have used hoff for my mom, dad and my brother. They are compassionate and they help you thru the whole process. Taking alot of stress off of the family. They also will periodically check in with you to see how you are doing and if there is anything they can do to help. I would totally recommend Hoff.

I can not thank all of the people at Hoff Funeral Home enough! They are all over the top and amazing! It is the last place any person or family wants to be but, they know how to give you comfort in your worst moments. They did a wonderful job helping me with every detail. Everyone was very professional, yet very warm and caring. The funeral director and the staff made sure I had everything I needed before, during and after.

Huff is very caring and sensitive to the family and any issues that arise in this difficult time. They were always available to be reached and if something needed to be changed very accommodating. Our family has had a few services there and never once experienced anything but excellent service. Very happy with what they offer I even prepared/pre planned my service.

The team at Hoff Funeral Home in Winona did an awesome job for me. My husband died suddenly at age 57 and they were all very professional and caring. They helped me through the difficult tasks and helped with suggestions when I didn’t know what to do, with no pressure, just kindness.

Elizabeth and Cole were wonderful when my mother passed. Feeling support durning times of sadness really does help the healing process. I couldn’t have asked for a better funeral home or staff, I couldn’t count the amount of times they checked up on us or like today receiving a message on my moms birthday that they were thinking of us. Just wonderful to know they really do care. They treated her as a person, listened to what we wanted and had amazing follow through.I highly recommend them and I’m sure in this horrible time you to will find peace with your love ones in their hands.
