Tim Hoffman was able to get the policy I needed in my challenging situation; a business policy which one of my clients required that I carry.  Other area agents said "sorry we can't help you" but Tim found a way to get it done.  He's professional, he follows up, and does a great job.

I have been dealing with The Hoffman Agency Tim for 6-7 years now. He has always been professional and patient as I ask so many questions  since I know nothing about Insurance.  I know and trust that I have the best policies and coverages for me.  And to top it off, Tim always contacts me at  Christmas or New Year's thanking me for my business and sending me best wishes.  I am almost 60 and never had an Insurance Company  reach out to me like that before.  Definitely a 5 star business!

Tim helped me every step of the way thru the unwanted task of placing a claim! To know he is very responsive to a phone call when I am in need is priceless and why having the right agent is as important to me as the right coverage!
