I’ve been going to Hoffman’s since this location opened and I’m really bummed that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I used to LOVE Hoffman’s sandwiches, but the last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller..yet, I can’t say the same thing about the price. I also noticed this time that the bread is different and the sourdough just looks and tastes like toasted white sandwich bread..well not toasted, because my food was soggy when I got it home and my order was incorrect. Overall just disappointed in the lack of quality. Please do better and make your sandwiches the way you used to. Edit: I called and told someone didn’t get name my issue and they put me in the books to order a new sandwich to replace this one, so thank you for that! I really appreciate it. Hopefully it turns out better.

I ordered online for 12 noon pick up. There was two people ahead of me then there was a long line forming in the restaurant. The young African American lady was taking care each line but alternating but it became my turn I was skipped over twice and I address her she didn't answer my question then back to the little window with my order like I bothering her no thank you have a good day or anything but others before was greeted in that manner. My wrap burnt and soggy as well!!!! No a happy customer by far!!!
We really enjoyed our lunch there. It was a very nice change from the usual lunch spots. My daughter said it was the best sandwich she has ever had. My sandwich and my wife's salad were awesome. And it was cool to go downtown I would highly recommend this place.
Great food, but be advised that they are slow. I can place an online order 30 minutes in advance, and the food is still not ready. It's definitely worth the wait, but just remember to plan ahead.
The sandwiches here were amazing! It's really yummy and great quality ingredients. Good coffee as well. Love the brick and art deco atmosphere.

Sandwiches are stacked with meat, this place was so good. Definitely get your money worth. Food is amazing
My first time there. The food was good and after ordering at the counter they bring the food to you. I get a salad and the bowl was over flowing. I do wish the same salad was just put in a bigger bowl. The salad had a nice amount of dried cherries.
Absolutely delicious, one of the best sandwich spots around. Boss man behind the counter has got it down, great spot 10/10 recommended
