Description

The Town of Holbrook’s first settlers in 1634 were the Cochatos; The Town of Holbrook was incorporated in the year 1640 as part of the newly formed Town of Braintree; The Town of Holbrook and other portions of the Town of Braintree separated in 1793 to form the new Town of Randolph, in which Holbrook was known as East Randolph; On a leap year day February 29, 1872 the village of East Randolph separated from the Town of Randolph and incorporated as the Town of Holbrook. The town uses this unique birthday in that it will be “forever young” as an opportunity to gather with friends both old and new as it celebrates this unusual birthday. At the time of its incorporation, Holbrook was a leading center of boot and shoe production in the United States.

Public servants here at Holbrook Town Hall are not a good representation of its community. We need professional people who are well aware and properly trained on citizens rights. Public employees have forgotten who they are supposed to help and serve since it’s us the public who pay for services. Everyone in the videos who failed the audit’s need to get a discipline file against them as we the people will hold everyone accountable and fallow up soon!

The water in Holbrook is so disgusting why do you have to pay for water you can’t even use the smell is horrible smells so bad definitely shouldn’t pay for water when you can’t use it to cook or brush ur teeth it’s just so disgusting. Why does the water smell so bad and Every-time my granddaughter takes a bath she breaks out can’t even use the water why pay for water your can’t use at all should honestly be free just disgusting can’t use it to cook, brush your teeth or take a shower I’m looking into moving out of Holbrook.
elizabeth zaleski is the rudest most condescending person i have ever talked to......and i have worked retail for over 30 years.
I appreciate the folks that work here. Working directly with the public can be very overwhelming at times and sometimes it feels like there is nothing that you can do or say to redirect rude folks who decide to film, but know that not all of us are like that. Audits are definitely necessary, but i feel that being kind to others is also necessary. To be filmed without permission and not being able to do anything about it is terrible and I'm sorry that it had to happen here. Thank you guys for all you do and one day i hope to have the privilege to visit MA and maybe even catch a Red Sox game : - Citizen who respects those around me and their intentions as long as they are not harmful
Town accountant Elizabeth Zaleski is the most rude public servant I've ever seen. She needs to be fired for her poor attitude. I'm appalled at her lack of professionalism towards the public. It's disgusting that we allow her conduct and disdain for the people she is supposed to be helping. A lawsuit is what you will end up with costing the taxpayers because of her actions and she thinks it's funny. Shame on her.
Elizabeth Zalenski is a Joke! EVERYONE HERE except for the elderly gentleman working in the accessors office was UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Look up the youtube video about a man visiting this building. You will be shocked by what our taxes pay for. Rude and unprofessional all the way. Very sad for the people of that city.

Just seen a video on how public employees treat a member of the public exercising his right to film his interactions with staff. One woman was a disgraceful representation of a public servant. DISGRACEFUL. Deserves nothing more than to be sacked. Absolutely no knowledge of the law. IGNORANT.
