Front desk is great. Ruth and Franklin give excellent service in the restaurant. Sadly last 2 times we traveled through we experienced Dennis in the restaurant. It's apparent he does not want to be there. Very unfriendly and inattentive. Drink was wrong twice and we would have had dessert but he dropped the check on the table as he walked past. Huge downgrade from what we are used to. Breakfast is still good thankfully.
