Holiday Inn Express Atmore

I won’t ever be back, we will stay at the Hilton or somewhere that actually cares about their guests. We were moved from room to room during our stay with so many issues. Never once did we receive anything that showed this place cared. I had to report this place to IHG for their lack of communication with me. Unfriendly front desk, I would be very careful about choosing this place. They are not friendly the cleaning staff is extremely rude as well. If you see a 5 star review be careful they probably had to beg them to get one.

Nicely appointed room with the exception of a missing TV in the front room of the suite. The mounting hardware was installed. There was a TV in the bedroom section. Always enjoy the complimentary full breakfast. Nearby activities: Within a half mile of Windcreek Casino. The usual fast food joints are even closer than the casino. Walkability: Lyft/Uber not available. Suggest good walking shoes for trips to/from the casino. There's a 4 lane highway to cross, wasn't busy when we crossed on a Monday night.

Absolute nightmare!!! This hotel is racist and they have ROACHES! cold hard breakfast, wet sheets, disrespectful staff. They switched us three times and not once gave us any kind of courtesy, apology, or ask to help move all of our luggage. The cleaning staff was extremely racist to my two children and my wife. my wife waited patiently for the manager to email her for fixing the situation and she never did. The manager Norma Jean did nothing to help us. She lied to my wife stating it would all be taken care of but nothing happened. The other manager Rochelle Martin is a JOKE. They do nothing to show compassion. I would stay in a tent before I ever came back here. Also the pool had food floating in it as well as wasps everywhere so we couldn’t swim. The rooms are extremely thin meaning if anyone stays above you you’re going to hear them. If you can’t provide guests an ounce of peace maybe you shouldn’t be in hospitality. Please don’t bring your children here, they will be picked on from the staff.

Always a good experience with the staff, rooms are clean and for the most case well kept, there have been little things like the last room the desk light was inoperative. There are regularly items not refilled at breakfast. But overall a good place to stay. I choose them regularly.Rooms: 4/5

My husband and I had to leave our daughters home in Gulf Shores around 9 last night unexpectedly due to sickness.We were already tired from the days events and it was 10:15 by the time we arrived in Atmore.Check in was easy and quick.Our room was spotless.And the bed and pillows were absolutely amazing! We had such a good night's rest and I stayed in that comfortable bed until 30 minutes before check out time! We will definitely stay here again if ever needed or maybe just to sleep in that bed again!!

Rooms are clean, spacious, and located in a nice area with a good amount of fast food restaurants around. One of the good things is very well appreciated is to have the bill, without going to the front desk. Thanks for that. I'll definitely come back to this property in the future.
