Holiday Inn Express Fall River North

Can't find a Manager. The people who work at the front a check in looking over my Driver's license looked at it three times like I was a criminal. The ceiling rust and falling down. The Breakfast was wonderful. Checking out no paperwork and I was interrupting the employee on there phone. The comment FREE night it was 26,000 points equivalent to $260.00. Nothing in life is free. I payed for the points. 260.00. No call back, no Matter.

Easy to find. Polite professional staff. Very clean room. My only complaint is Both nights, had group of very suspicious men partying in the back-parking lot right by my vehicle and room window. Unlikely not staying at the hotel. Ongoing loud criminal activity right in the back parking lot outside my ground floor window rm 128. Booze, smoking weed, loud yelling, outrageously loud rap/gangsta music coming from a parked Camaro convertible they parties around. Went on til 4am Saturday. Same until 1am Sunday. Both days I had a 6am start. I was concerned for my safety since this all was going on 10ft from my window and right next to my parked vehicle. Rooms: Clean and tidy. Nearby activities: Battleship Cove. Safety: Ongoing loud criminal activity right in the back parking lot outside my ground floor window rm 128. Booze, weed, loud yelling, outrageously loud rap/gangsta music coming from a parked Camaro convertible they parties around. Went on til 4am Saturday. same until 1am Sunday. Both days i had a 6am start. I was concerned for my safety since this all was going on 10ft from my window and right next to my parked vehicle. Walkability: Parking close to hotel access doors Food & drinks: Royal Pizza near by - Greek style, recommended by hotel staff. 10/10.

Enjoyed staying at this place during my recent trip to New England to visit family. Staff was friendly. Solid room and comfy beds. Breakfast was solid too. Would recommend and stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

Decided to stay here since a pool party we were attending was canceled due to the weather. My kids were bummed and I wanted to fix that! The hotel lobby and main areas were gorgeous and clean and the service I received from the manager I believe his name is Neil was top tier! My negative experience begins s with the rooms.the first room we were assigned had a huge chunk of the tubs porcelain missing and was rusted. The sink was also missing it's stopper and was rusted as well. I was asked by the manager if my room was to my liking, I replied with everything's fine but I don't like the bathroom. he switched to another room smoothly. Checked the second room the popcorn ceiling was peeling terribly . The bath tub drain was slow as well. I didn't want to keep switching rooms so I didn't complain. Lastly the pool area didn't have towels, I went to the desk and spoke to a young man who told me it would be 2 and half hours til there would be more. I requested regular room towels instead and was told I'd have to order them for service to the room because he couldn't give them to me for the pool, it was policy . I was baffled. Went to my room, called no answer. 20 min after getting the kids ready, he was in the lobby with towels and handed them to me, had to return to my room to bring them upsince we grabbed the ones that were already in the room.

The beds were very comfy, clean rooms. Was sad I didn't realize they had a pool. Looking forward to it, As I'm Going back again next month. I am a one to complain of dirty rooms so I really had nothing to complain about but one thing. Being disabled....a tub doesn't help me to get in and out of. Now that someone else is coming along I hope I will not be disappointed. Rooms: Clean and very comfy beds.
