The lady at front desk was amazing. They did some remodeling on 4th floor and our bathroom had no power. She moved us and had zero issues. One of the best breakfasts for a hotel for sure. My 3 year old was messy I asked for a broom to clean the mess they stated don't worry we got it. I would recommend 10/10 very close to valley fair as well. I noticed they have Tesla chargers outside if you own one. Rooms: Clean rooms, room service always folded my wife's personal blanket and very friendly staff. Nearby activities: Valleyfair is very close Walkability: 2 elevators open floor plans Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing for a hotel
The place needs to be updated badly. I will give props for it being clean but when I stay at a hotel I wanna keep in mind that it’s 2023 and not 2013. Room just gave off “old” vibes. Bed was ok and the lady at the front desk was nice. Last thing; I don’t think it’s cool to get in the bathtub at a hotel unless it’s a jacuzzi tub. Ditch that for a stand up shower please. Will look elsewhere when in this area next time
