Top notch people as staff here, friendly even helped me when my hands were full by setting my floor level in elevator. Loved how they went above and beyond then respected our space when napping. Great location, buttery soft beds, pillows and bedding. Great products in the room for our comfort. Continental breakfast was actually cooked in kitchen, meals, food prep and serving set up was all immaculate. Best hotel stay yet. Rooms: Roomy, gorgeous lighting, work desk and office chair, comfortable, white noise machine not needed as it was quiet Walkability: Near all major bus and train routes, short walk to places. Food & drinks: Everything you may need.
The staff was really nice and helpful and the rooms definitely seemed new and updated though, to be honest, a little dark. they could have used a little more light as it was hard to see into my luggage - i had to use my phone flashlight but good lord was it loud!! I should have realized it was a bad sign when the hotel room provided a sound machine for "restful sleep". All the rooms face the Costco, which unloads trucks all night long. Because of that noise I probably would not return here, which is a shame because it was very convenient to the airport.
One of the cleanest rooms I've had! I read the reviews about Costco having loud trucks at night so I requested a top floor room. We didn't hear any noise! All went well until about 4:45 pm, when my hubby flushed the toilet, the water won't go down all the way. I called the front desk and the young man said "I'll go up and BRING YOU A PLUNGER." I asked where the maintenance guy is, and he said he was gone for the day. I worked in property management and know how this goes. Bushy haired boy at the front desk needs training in customer service. When I tried to use the ground floor women's restroom, it was "under maintenance." So dear hotel, that's a sign you need to call the rooter...before your main line backs up! I also don't appreciate eating the eggs for breakfast that don't taste like eggs, it seems fake. Rooms: Rooms here are bigger than the Hampton Inn nearby. Very clean and fresh smelling!
