The staff are very good and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, great location and the hotel restaurant comes in handy. The only set back is that the furniture seems to be very old, the seats have leather peeling and the carpet had some order to it. I still would stay here again, for the excellent service.Service: 5/5
Excellent service and good value. This Holiday Inn compares favorably with properties costing two or three times as much. The people at the desk were hospitable and friendly. Rooms are exceptionally spacious and clean as a pin.Rooms: 5/5
The hotel itself is nice. The front area is nice and clean. The restaurant is decent. It is good for a hotel restaurant. The rooms themselves aren't bad. We had a desk chair that looked like it had seen better days, but we didn't use it, so didn't really care. The main issue we had...the walls are paper thin. So thin that I could hear what person on the other end of the cell phone was saying in our neighbors room. I mean, I get that people can talk loud and they were on speaker, but I don't think in general I should be able to hear them through walls. And since the beds are a little janky, you hear the people next door when they move in the bed. All in all, it wasn't bad. We only used it as a place to sleep, but when the walls are so thin it makes that sleep a little difficult, kinda ruins the whole point.
Rooms were nice but requested a sofa bed & were told they would have 1 in the room when we arrived, but once we got here we were told they did not have any & also had no roll aways either. Really put a damper on our stay. The pool was also out of order. The service desk was very rude & said they have no extra pillows or blankets but the people behind us asked for them and received them. Would not recommend this place to anybody, I would not even let my dog stay here if they were able. The morning staff was awesome and very helpful. They were apologetic with how we were treated.
I've never had to sleep in a more uncomfortable bed in my life. No joke these beds must be from the 1960's. You can LITERALLY feel the srings digging into your sides. I was laying down for 5 minutes and my arm fell asleep. It feels absolutely insulting that they would take our money then expect us to sleep on these prison mats. Will definitely not be coming back, as this is the second time I have been disappointed by this place!!!!
Room is very dated. Desk chair worn down to foam. Beds are needing updated as they are lumpy. The air conditioner was loud and squeaky. No hand soap. The restaurant was good. The furniture looks like it is something set on street corner with a sign that says free.Rooms: 1/5
