Seems to be under renovations, but not clean by most standards. Vent in bathroom was covered in dust. Corners had dirt collected in them. No carpeting in guest room, which was unusual for me, but should make it easier to clean. No ice or vending on the floor I was on, which is inconvenient.
Okay, the hotel has potential to succeed, but there are many things lacking, first of all, the parking garage is not secure, anyone can just walk in, there is only one employee at the front desk, so he needs help, third, the hotel used to be a "Holiday Inn" so it's charging "Holiday Inn" price, but their is no breakfast, I also noticed that in the lobby, there are people that aren't guests that are just sitting there eavesdropping what paying guests are saying, so the security feature needs to be upgraded, there is a restaurant next door, but unsure if guests are even aware of that restaurant cause it's so dark, I don't think this hotel has a pool, but it looks like it should have one, overall, would stay again, but just add all of the features that I mentioned above and everything should be fine...
Do not stay there place is falling apart. Bathroom outlet broken and burned fire hazard. No security can just walk in from outside by garage .The garage looks like it is colapsing. Staff not friendly. Beds lumpy and hardRooms: 2/5
Used to be the Holiday Inn, now it’s a Wyndham. It’s not a bad place. Rooms were clean people were friendly. No coffee pods for the in room coffee maker, no restaurant and only coffee in the lobby no breakfast. Online reservation was confusing about location and amenities but overall not bad.Rooms: 4/5
Check in & check out was easy. It was hard to find the location and the parking lot was small, but there’s more parking underneath. Our cards didn’t work, but the front desk gave us a new one with no problem. We didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but we did get food from the bar and it was fine. The stairs did have a weird smell but everything else was fine. The bed was comfy, AC worked well, and the room was clean.
Can not recommend this location. Room fixtures and furnishings worn and damaged. Air in Hall and room had musty/mildew like smell. Dark and depressing. Nightclub attached is very noisy late at night with people celebrating outside in the parking lot. Staff is nice and breakfast was good. Moved to another motel. HI website would not let me post this review. Surprised at some of the other google reviews that show positive experience. Fake reviews?
Had to stay for a business trip. Stayed in room 305, what a dump!! The bathroom light switch was MELTED, obviously fire damage. The exhaust vent in the bathroom had a trash bag stuffed in it. Praying I don't bring anything homeRooms: 1/5
Excellent value. Beds are SUPER comfortable - better than at home. Smells weird in the hallways. Bath tub needed maintenance - which they promptly fixed after I told them about it. Parking garage ceiling needed repair. Bed quality made up for everything... I would stay again. Yes, that good!
The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They bent over backwards to help me with anything I needed. I have three stars because the hotel is desperately in need of updating. The rooms and halls haven't been refurbished in years, and there is an unpleasant odor in the hallway. The pool is not open yet. The breakfast was pretty good but not spectacular.
This place is a little bit hard to find and Google maps will get you close but it directs you to the back of the hotel. You have to drive through the guitar center parking lot to get there. I think there could be better signage to the hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. They also had a decent breakfast in the morning but they wait to set things up until some one shows up in the morning. If your the first one down expect to wait while they get the hot meal set up.
