This place is the best place to stay for the winter! They have everything you need and more! Pool, spa, free coffee, breakfast for cheap, bingo, quilting, and so much more!! The staff is great and very friendly. Great customer service! Best people you could ever ask for. If you're wanting to stay here for the winter make sure you get your reservations in because they fill up extremely fast! The people that live here and we've met so far are very friendly, happy folks. You won't be disappointed or bored here that's for sure. So much to do!!
Resort is listed on the upper scale for Good Sam but should only be average to slightly above average. The park very clean and is nice but has some outdated ideas and areas. PLUSES - nice pool. Very hot water and great pressure. Am coffee, some planned activities, propane on site, decent bit outdated laundry with no changer, dog area but not fenced in, half or more residents are full time over 60, paved roads, Stoned pads but well kept. Updated kitchen and will be great once fully functional. The palm trees are beautiful and most of the park is well landscaped. MINUSES - hot tub is not well kept and water was dirty looking and a man was still in it. Showers need updated because they are dirty- a little bleach would go along way, in the week I was there, I never saw clean shower curtains, I doubt they wash them more than once a month by the amount of discoloration and dirt, small bench and only one small hook to hang your clothes or towels, one older woman in office was rude and shouldn’t be serving the public, Judy the office manager was very nice though. Some older single wides and park models bring down the nice looks of the resort. I initiated conversation w a couple of permanent residents and they acted like I was crazy for talking to them. Discounts for Good Sam or AAA are only good for overnight or a couple nights. They weekly rate was high. I moved to a nicer park and payed for a month for the same money they charged for a week. In short, I would stay here again but it would be my third or fourth choice. If they would clean up and update the shower areas and have someone with a smile and more hospitable to the public, I would have given 5 stars.
Best place in Quartzite Arizona so far, the staff is very friendly, service is phenomenal, they have a pool, library, live music, bingo, pickleball, pinnacle, ice cream socials, and so much more. My family and I are enjoying our time here. We have met some amazing people. Thank you everyone for being so thoughtful and friendly. We will be back!!
I just wanted to check out their club house. The pool table was regulation and newly covered. I probably would have stayed here if I hadn't already agreed to stay at Paradise rv park.
I actually live in 88 Shades, next to Holiday Palms. Holiday is the Cadillac of RV parks here in Quartzsite. If you have the bucks, stay here. If not, pay less and take your chances.
Nice facility to park rv's at. Good evening activities and very friendly. Will stay again next time.
We like to stay in this park when in Quartzsite. Good services, quiet park. The office staff is especially accommodating when possible.
The best Rv park on Main Street Quartzsite Arizona, you are inbthe center of town. Has a very nice pool, not heated. Friendly staff help you into your spot.
Very nice place to stay. Clean and lots to do Nearby activities: Close to trails, stores, swap meet Safety: Great staff, always checking on the park Walkability: Flat paved road. Food & drinks: They serve meals Very tasty Noteworthy details: Lots to do in the park. Bingo, pool, spa, pickle ball, daily activities. This is not a hotel. It is an rv park with long and short term stays
We stayed at Holiday Palms a couple of weeks ago and we can’t praise the staff and the park enough!! Every single aspect of it was perfect! From the moment we called to check availability the day before!, they asked qualifying questions to make sure we would be in the best spot to fit our needs and then even were kind enough to get us some info for a local show we were driving in to attend. We explained that this was our first time driving an RV and staying at a park, and they went so above & beyond to make sure that it was a fantastic experience for us, that it’s hard to thank them enough! Judy arranged everything for us over the phone and had flyers related to the show we were there to visit, attached to our check-in paperwork and although it was 12:30 at night by the time we got there, we called their office line and Tony was expecting us and within minutes, helping us to pull into our site, as well as helped get all of our plumbing, electrical, cable, jacks, etc., setup, WITH A SMILE AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR AT 12:30 AT NIGHT!!! Where in the world have you seen hospitality like this before?!!? We got a chance to thoroughly check out the park the next day and were extremely impressed with it’s beauty and how well-kept it is. Clearly a high sense of pride in this community, between management, employees and residents! We then met our neighbors, who were such kind people, that we immediately hit it off and spent time getting to know them, while our 5 year old drove them crazy to keep playing with him. We got a chance to drive a few nearby RV parks as we were curious what they look like and have to offer, for our next trip there and we were so happy to be staying at Holiday Palms, as they have something for everyone big sites, great amenities, cable, free wifi, pet friendly, pool, pickle ball courts, tons of events in a beautiful park with kind & welcoming staff! We look very forward to our next trip there!!
