Dr. Laura is amazing! I started seeing her when I was pregnant, and continue to take my son to her once he was born! She’s helped so much with my pregnancy, and my son’s GI issues from antibiotics! We’d be lost without her!
Dr Laura is the best chiropractor I've seen, and I've been to several. I have been seeing her for 3 years, and she has done so much to help me with my posture issues at the beginning, and now to help me cope with the strain my job does to my body. Her staff is always welcoming, and I always love to chat with them Crystal is great!. I see her every 2 weeks as consistently as I can by choice; she never pushes me for more, and its totally up to me how often I go. Her prices are very reasonable; I don't believe anyone would have issues affording it, and I highly recommend you give her a try you won't regret it!
For over two years I've been experiencing stiffness, lack of mobility, constant aching pain, and the feeling that something was out of place somewhere in my back, shoulder or ribs. I've worried at times that I'd never get this fixed. I've seen multiple chiropractors and doctors and tried nearly everything you can find on the internet for fixing these kinds of issues yourself. I have every type of band you can get for stretching and re-training the muscles, I have so many different myofascial release tools that I had to buy a large gym bag to keep them all in. I've tried percussive massagers, various forms of massage, yoga, mobility drills, foam rollers, hanging/decompression, among other things. All of these things have been great tools, but until recently nothing has given me relief for more than a few hours, maybe a day at best. No matter what I tried, I've woken up every morning feeling like I'm turning into cement, working constantly to gain back what function and mobility I could. When all else failed I'd get so frustrated that I'd lock onto this idea that I just needed to push harder to get everything back into place. It always felt like if I just pushed a little further... I've done ridiculous stuff. I've used a heavily loaded barbell on my chest to drive myself down onto a peanut roller under my back. I've pulled my head so far down to either side that people around me would wince, worrying I'm about to break my neck. I've let numerous people of various sizes stand and bounce on my back, and these things never helped. A lot of them obviously just exacerbated the issue. I didn't really know what else to do. Well during a particularly rough couple of weeks recently, I optimistically decided to try combining some different modalities. This was the only place I found where I could get a massage right before an adjustment turns out they do a lot more too. I also saw in a review somewhere that Dr. Laura put three ribs back in place for a guy. That really piqued my interest as I've told multiple chiropractors I thought I had a rib issue; only to discover they don't do anything for ribs. One even told me that ribs don't know out.. On a side note, I really don't recommend the chain chiropractors that sign people up for recurring monthly fees for an indeterminate amount of time. Not only do I think that says a lot about their effectiveness, it says something about their focus as well. After providing zero relief giving me the same adjustment as everybody else, and telling me it must be muscular so there's nothing they can do, I ultimately ended up paying for two and a half months of weekly visits that I never used at The Joint Chiropractor down the street from here. I didn't even realize they were charging me. What started off as paying month to month simply meaning four visits at a time at the counter, somehow turned into some kind of membership that bills automatically every month. When I brought this to their attention, all I got was a form I had to fill out and send back if I wanted to cancel. Just a weird inconvenience and no refund or apology. Anyways, on my first visit here I had a great massage with Katie, following by a thorough exam and adjustment with Dr. Laura. She's more gentle in her technique than other chiropractors I've seen, which concerned me at first but man if she isn't effective. I guess if you're more skilled and deliberate in your technique you just don't have to be as rough. I recently went to my fourth visit and I've totally made up my mind about these guys at this point. Just want to say Dr. Laura and the team are really incredible. I love everybody I've met there. Just good people all around. More importantly I've got less pain, less inflammation, and more mobility in my back and shoulder than I have had in a long time. Plus it's still getting better and it lasts! Thank you guys so much. I've honestly started enjoying these weekly visits so much that at the rate it's going I might seriously have to start feigning some back pain in order to keep coming in...
I went to pick up our free neck pillow and the staff was so amazing! Very friendly and kind answered all my questions showed me how to use the pillow and was super sweet to my 9 month old son who was with me! They explained their shop what it was all about and didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want. They had yummy holiday treats out and offered me some even though I’m not a client, YET! And it was delicious, thank you! I will be coming back for sure! Thank you ladies for being so very sweet! Oh and by the way my husband stole my pillow and has herniated discs in his neck from football in high school. He can never find a good pillow and tosses and turns all night. He sleeps much more sound at night now and isn’t complaining about his neck hurting since he started using it! Thank you!!!
I can’t believe I waited so long to try dr Laura! I highly recommend her, especially if your pregnant! I have been suffering my entire pregnancy with pain. After one visit with her at 36 weeks pain was completely gone!!! I’m excited to finish my pregnancy pain free! Especially since we all know how hard the end of pregnancy is. I can’t wait to bring my newborn to her. Also we received a free pillow to try out along with getting adjusted and I can’t wait to see results.
Dr. Laura and her girls are amazing! I started working with her when I was super pregnant and uncomfortable. My son was pinching my sciatic nerve pretty bad at the end of my pregnancy and she was able to give me immediate relief every time I saw her. She is very knowledgeable in her work and makes you feel comfortable when asking a ton of questions. I enjoy coming here so much, that my husband and son are now coming here too! : 12/12/19 Update: Still love seeing Dr. Laura Coleman and her team! Almost all the girls I work with are seeing her now too!
I was very hesitant to go to a chiropractor but after years of back pain I decided to finally give it a try. Dr. Colman is very gentle and after just two sessions my back feels great. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxing and the staff are friendly and nice. It makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'm so glad I went to Dr. Colman and will continue to do so.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. The neck pillow is soft and comfortable. I still can't say it is helping my neck much. But I've just started using it. I plan to go back to try out their massage and chiropractic packages.
Great location! Found it a bit hard to find address but just know it is in shopping strip center behind Dollar general store closer to Lassiter coffee spot. Wow they were having waffle day and I enjoyed a fresh waffle with fruit n nuts - what a treat! Gals were very nice and a fun atmosphere. I am really enjoying my plush pillow and - yes- it was free!! I have done some looking at their webs site and plan soon to make a trip back for a massage. Thank you guys!
I love my pillow from Dr. Coleman's office. The first night I used it I slept like a baby. Her staff are really polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely plan to utilize Holistic Health Centers many services.
