If I could give much below zero I would, It is a place that is not professional, not friendly at all!! From the moment you enter they are following you, it was going to be a purchase I was going to turn off and my daughter touched something and the Chinese woman rudely yelled at my daughter, my daughter is 7 years old she knows how to carefully touch things at that very moment I left what I brought and came to post my comment!! There are many bad things in this store I definitely DO NOT recommend it

My new favorite hair store! Ms. Young was super helpful and accommodating in helping me find my drawstring ponytail!! She made sure I was happy with the color match, length and texture. She was so sweet and personable! I'll be back!! Check them out!!! :

The customer service I experienced today at this beauty supply store was far in beyond pleasant. I haven't experienced this level of greatness in a veryyyyy long time. While deciding on what I wanted I noticed how the owners were engaging in conversations with the other customers in it appeared that they were familiar with these customers. I noticed that like most stores that you go in, the owners are breathing down your back.. not here. Secondly I was unsure of a product in the owner did everything in her power to educate me to assure that I made the right discussion before I purchased. After I paid they gave me several small but much needed items for free. I'll make it my business to shop here before going elsewhere no matter the price, that's how great the customer service was. . This meant alot to me.

Nice selection of products just dislike the crowd of people hanging outside the store and weed smoking. On more than one occasion I decided to go elsewhere because the crowd of people with nothing but time on their hands…bad for business!

Mrs Young the owner is so nice and helpful, her husband not so much but that's okay just ask for her. She provided thoughtful advice and knew about hair quality. I will return. Finally a place that may be Asian owned she cared about return business. Support local owned business, not the corporations.

I actually went here by mistake. They didn't have the edge booster that i wanted however.... The women in the store were very nice and helpful.... I never once felt like someone was watching my every moves. The customer service was very pleasant And they had everything else at a decent price. Will be returning.
