Each year, women who started their college careers elsewhere transfer to Hollins. They come for many reasons, but all find a place that puts them first.
Sometimes transferring colleges can be scary, intimidating, or overwhelming. It can also be very exciting and adventurous! This Facebook page is designed to help calm those fears or ignite your excitement about transferring. For future transfer students interested in attending Hollins, you will find wonderful and supportive women here who transferred to Hollins. Our Hollins transfer students can tell you all about the application process, campus life, dorms, making friends, getting connected, study abroad, internships, and what it is like when they first arrived as a new transfer student. The best people to ask about the transfer process are the people who actually went through that process. :-)
The mission is to provide information, support, and encouragement to future Hollins transfer students and to help connect them with Hollins and current transfer students enrolled at Hollins.
