It’s SO hard to shop for my super small preteen daughter. We came here and with the help of Mackenzie found clothes that fit her perfect! Mackenzie was wonderful and attentive!
My son is 15 years old and he has become more interested in products from the store. From time to time we find good deals but overall the clearance section in the back is the best option for deals We do get bonus coupons through email from time to time where I can save anywhere from $10 to $20
I went in looking for a comfy two-piece for a friend, and Amy helped guide me through to the best selection!
Busy, but good service. The issue with this store is they have more staff straightening merchandise than they do checking guests out. This results in extremely long checkout lines and customer wait times. I understand they want the store to look good, but the staff placement is poorly delegated.
Typical eh I think I may exchange a shirt I got for a differnt color. I thought I would be able to rock it. Unfortunetly I must have been a bit delusional because it was clearly perfect for someone with dark hair color and my dirty blonde hair failed to appear like something an adult in their right mind would wear in public with confidence that they made a good choice in colors that should be on a list of things that will never match no matter how bad you want them to. So shirts going back. Im not willing to go the extra mile and darken my hair ill just admit I was too impulsive on the color I picked. Lets see if I learn a lesson and watch out for a wild card color in the future
Helpful staff and when the checkout line was getting longer by the minute, they opened all of the registers to help move customers faster.
Very beautiful selection of clothing. Got a couple pairs of pants for my daughter. They're amazing quality and fit her body perfectly. Really really comfortable.
Couldn't find any of the pants I was looking for and no one asked if I needed help or anything so very disappointed
Store this weekend was hectic as was any in the mail, my family has lil trouble finding what we wanted bc if the demand this weekend. However, will return happily
About like any other Hollister store I’ve been in. Staff was friendly but not always helpful. Prices are ok, nothing to brag or complain about. Wish they would cut down on the smell of perfume or cologne but other than that it’s an ok store.
