Clothing is for skinny model types, and it all looks like casual lounge ware some of it would be cute if it actually covered my middle. This is not a store for curvy short women.
I will NEVER walk in this store again! Nobody made me feel welcome or greeted me, nobody even spoke to me, didn't ask if I need help finding anything or what I'm looking for.. just absurd and suspicious looks.. and why the hell does it take the ENTIRE staff just to watch two people just looking around?? Plus all of their clothes are made for slim folks, not thick or curvy girls like me I felt so uncomfortable there so I would advise to keep your distance from this store.
I won’t be back soon. My daughter was asked in the dressing room to remove clothing because she had over 5 articles of clothing. She had 7 . Seriously. The place has flashing lights which gave me a headache. The staff was not helpful had to look for help consistently. Super hot in the business I was sweating. Perfume smells so strong I was getting a headache.
Childish teens. That only give you absurd looks. My girlfriend and I come here to shop anytime we go to the mall, just to look around on our own and pick from the overpriced clothing. Well today, mall security guards came in to escort us out for "stealing"?! Are you kidding me?! I have morals, as does my girlfriend. No Hollister will EVER have either of our business. I will not be publicly embarrassed because of ignorant teens.
Completely disgusted! My boufriend and I received dirty looks as soon as we walked into Hollister by a lady named Maddie. Then as we are shopping like the frequent customers we are we got escorted out by mall security saying that we have stole from this store before!!! Coming from someone that has never stolen anything in her life I can say that being accused of stealing is the most humiliating and hurtful thing that has happened in my life. Hollister had just lost two loyal customers and I will be telling my friend and family not to go to this extreamly unprofessional store. Hollister you should really get some more pleasant employees. I wish I could put zero stars but they made me put one.
