Nice clothes for my kids. Prices are high for certain items. They had a reasonable amount of stock which was good.
Had to return an item, previously this item I had purchased in a smaller size, so exchanged for a bigger size, then decided not to get after all...So I was helped by Ashley the store manager, whom told me she couldn't return my money only store credit...I asked her why..she stated after the 3rd return/exchange we can only provide the customer store credit it has only been twice..she said the purchased too..hu?.I had no problem with store credit but I asked why can't I have my money back again? She stated she was told that only store credit can be provided and it should be stated in the website...So she walked to the back as I asked her can I see where it says that please...I reviewed and couldn't find anything...she said she was told this 5 years ago when she got hired... after much talk she said, she was able to refund me my money if it was a problem... wow! I agreed to get my money back . I didn't want to give her a hard time. ..but the information she was providing was inaccurate..Imagine what they've told there other customers! . . .
Cashier and employees were super nice and gave advice. Kind of cute too but that's s separate comment. Only thing i noticed was the lack of available sizes, most being xxs to s. Almost no mediums or larges.
Easy to shop cool people. Got two colognes one was shipped to my house because the store was sold out. Signed up and got 10 or 15 bucks off. Do the surveys on the receipts and you'll get another 10/15 off next purchase
Sales associate was very helpful. They greeted you upon arrival and upon leaving store. Awesome customer serivice from start of visit during transaction of sale to leaving store.
Hollister is my grandson's favorite clothing store. My grandson is 17 years old and he buys all of his clothes at Hollister. They have good prices, especially if you wait for sales and utilize the point system they use to reward shoppers. Check it out!
One bad experience shouldn't deprive this store of all its good. There are excellent deals here and most employees are very enthusiastic about helping customers. I have been shopping here for years and this is my go to store in the mall.
Poor customer service…if 2 tellers are helping 1 line and you have 2 lines the 3rd teller needs to help the 2nd line and not randomly pull from the other line that already has 2 tellers . Maybe just have 1 line if that’s going to happen.
Great selection, prices, and service. Mariah went out of her way to get us the sizes and styles we were after.
Workers were very nice and helpful clothes a little pricey but it's good quality clothes so you know you're going to be buying something going to last along time overall the store upscale couple people type of clothing
