The manager refused to take back damaged clothing because it wasn’t in “re-sellable condition” even thought they sold it to us in a condition that was not “re-sellable” the clothing had never even been worn. It was a Christmas present, so we didn’t notice the defects right away. We were within the allowable time for a return, had the original receipt, etc. The only reason they wouldn’t take it back was because it was defective, the very reason we needed to return it. So their quality assurance folks never make any mistakes and never let an article of clothing get passed them unless it’s perfect? Seriously not impressed. It is the duty of a store to ensure that people are treated fairly. A manager who always follows the books written by corporate is not intent on serving their community.
I will say the store has cleaned up a lot, but is it possible to have a men's section without having to see women's items and perfume stenching the area? Put that sweet smelling perfume stitch on the female floor.
As I was changing to try on pants and sweaters in the fitting room the workers opened the door while I was changing! This happened TWICE. They should have knocked and made sure someone was in the fitting room. I understand that many others needed to try on things but no one should have to worry about getting there door opened while changing. Very unprofessional.
Shopped around to kill time while waiting for the scheduled time to pick up a friend at the airport. The lighting etc. reminds me quite a bit if Abercrombie & Fitch my favorite jeans and quality shirts. However, the clothes are not that good. I get the impression that the staff saw me as a nonbuyer, which I find both good and bad. But for them to know, there is a chance you might actually sell something to a time-killing-shopper. That lack of service saved me money that I shouldn't be spending anyway on garments that would ultimately end up in hotel garbage cans in favor of light flights back on future travel. Lol
Really helpful staff. Lots of variety of clothes for the season. Pretty good quality clothing as well. Recommend
Not in it right now. Thought it was closing but they are not. Due to the Pandemic, stock are low
