I bought my great granddaughter two complete outfits on the first day of school she Put on one of the outfits. When she came to my house her mother said the zipper was opening and you couldn’t get it to come down. She said the zipper didn’t work and she just slipped it on it was defective. I didn’t have the receipt and asked just get a new skirt. The sales girl told me there was nothing they could do without the receipt she gave me a phone number for customer service. Called and she told me the same thing nothing she could do then said she could send me a 70 percent coupon for my next purchase , never received it. If this his how your company works I will shop elsewhere. Very dissatisfied!

One day I went to this store and when I enter there were two employees say nothing. After 5 seconds two people came and they were welcome so nicely, I felt racist over there.whenever I go there Only cashier is good other are so rude so I don’t really wanna go there.I haven’t seen anywhere the rudeness like this.very disappointed

I love this store. Not so much the actual store but online, you cant beat it. $25 Jeans? Yes please. The store itself is small, and lacks appeal. The staff their isnt always the most inviting. Its quite dark and not family friendly. Definitely appeals to young people.

This girl named Olivia I don’t know who she things she is but she was so rude and disrespectful to me and my wife all we asked was where the dressing room was and she said to us is that my wife looked like she should put a bag over her head and that was the only thing that would make her look good! My wife is a solid 8 and this girl looked like her fake tan was done with a crayola and her hair was done by the tin man and even god couldn’t say she was pretty!

Besides 1 worker Corey I think the other free of customers employees were not only ignoring me and my guest but they were having a private conversation loudly.

Agree with Joey c I was in there with my boyfriend diseal Luke and she was making fat jokes because he couldn't fit in the turtle neck he wanted to wear for our brother Doug's funeral.
