Great store, excellent customer service. Willing to help sort and locate what I was looking for. I understand the mood and atmosphere, just a little too dark.
Peace & Blessings! My experience as follows: F1RST and foremost, mask wearing signs were posted. Staff was wearing mask at ALL times, store was clean, neat, and smelled good. Staff was very customer friendly. Kinda pricey but, had some good deals. I received $10 off for my purchase which was great considering I only made 1ONE purchase...you can't beat that! Looking forward to returning to make more purchases.
For a second time since the Pandemic started, we chose to visit the store to make some exchanges and return some items ordered online. The manager of the store is especially efficient and friendly at matching up online receipts with items, was quick to find replacements for items we wished to exchange, credit back for items now on sale and provide gift cards as credit for items returned outside of their stated policy time. The store is well marked to safely distant and masks are worn by all. Staff are friendly an acknowledged us immediately upon entering and were eager to help. Other businesses would do well to follow their lead.
If I could rate no stars I would, store manager Tamara and staff nasty, I ordered items in store on 1/4/20 to be shipped to my home, didnt receive items until 2/2/21. I didn't complain because I know due to the pandemic so it didnt bother me, and I am a loyal customer and shop here all the time, however when the items did arrive 1 of the shirts I orderd out of 5 was missing. I decided to return all items on 2/4/21 ,exactly 30 days from when I ordered just to be told by Tamara/manger, that I would have to get a store credit because its pass 30 days, #1 I didnt receive the items until late and #2 obviously it's a math issue because today makes 30 days exactly, when I asked for corporate number she refused to give it to me and gave me Customer Service number, the customer Service rep asked to speak to her , which she was nasty to him as well and still refused to do the refund, Hollister has been good to me for years, but at this point they will never receive a dime of my money, nor from my friends or family
My son loves their quality clothing he's 15; customer service from employees has always been excellent since shopping here in 2017. The staff is willing to assistant shoppers which is a plus for me because my son has autism. He love shopping and wearing Hollister clothing and with the friendly staff he can usually shop without my direct help interaction. This is the White Marsh location, but I'm sure alm their stores provide this type if customer service.
Been in another Hollister, where they have painted their wood/walls from dark brown to a mid-deep gray. This makes this store much more inviting and pleasant to shop in. Hollisters suffer from having too few cashier personnel to cashier counters especially during and after the holidays to efficiently tend to purchases/exchanges/returns. Many frustrated customers have surrounded me in line not just this location, when logical/simple solutions are available but not used. Let's help customers make an already stressful time of holiday shopping and/or returns season much more of an ease & pleasure.
My favorite store hands down. The prices are great as well as the quality of the clothing. But it's always really hot in there. I swear I lose at least 3 pounds each shopping trip. Lol

Lots of stylish teen clothes. Bought a t-shirt, pair of bell bottom jeans and a Hoodia for the kids for school. Very neat and organized.
