Barely 11 am & already “manager” had an attitude! Horrible customer service! “Manager” doesn’t even know the correct store policies don’t shop here!

Ordered an item online for store pick up. After receiving my email that it was ready I went to pick it up. After talking to an employee, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order. Make sure you have a lot of free time. I think it would have been faster to shop in person.

It was awesome, I had quite a few people helping me and with the kind of style I was going for. Somethings they didn't have in stock so I ordered yet overall from what they had in store I really liked and will be doing my shopping at Hollister from now on. I do remember one of the girls name Ariel, really insightful and her customer service was impeccable. The material of the clothes was awesome yet on some shirts I'd wish they had like an xxsmall which there was only one on only one of the style of shirts but xsmall still passed for me. Thank you for everything and I'll see you soon again to get most of my wardrobe from there.

I love to go to holllister that my favorite store I love how the smell when u walk inside the store. I love to buy jeans and tops and shorts and skirts from there . Every time I visit the mall and go to hollister I feel like I’m in California
