Holly Hill City City Hall Administration

Friendly and courteous. I walked to Holly Hill City Hall to pay my utility bill. I sat down in the lobby for a rest before continuing my journey and various office personnel as if had been helped. That was awesome.

The development team was very courteous and helpful- Mr. Brian Walker and associates gave me the right information and e-mail me all the details. Related to a piece of land that I’m going to purchase.. Thank you very much. !!!!!!

I’m new Holly Hill and to brick and mortar business, was a bit confusing. The Staff was so helpful and kind. It was a pleasure working with them. But the Fire Marshal was the best experience. Very professional but kind and caring. Really seems to want to help others. I Love living and running a business in a small town like Holly Hill. It’s an awesome little town, and has an amazing community.

While I didn't visit the town hall on business, I did attend the Holly Hill Arts Festival today. So so many talented artists and media styles. Glass. Art. Wind chimes made of agate. Fused and dichroic glass. Silver jewelry, gold jewelry, steampunk jewelry. I am amazed at how talented and creative people are...and if I am honest a little envious as well!

Holly Hill is a great little city in which to live and do business. Permitting and inspections are handled expeditiously and congenially. Residents who are respectful are treated with utmost respect. The police with whom I’ve had contact are proud to be helping citizens as much as enforcing laws. I’m glad I haven’t had to face the same issues my friends in Ormond Beach encounter nor those of Daytona Beach. No community is perfect, but this one does a good job of serving its diverse citizenry.

Horrible customer service with the Billing department, I was trying to call for 3 days and nobody answer. A lady named Maliejah finallly answer, she was so rude because I was not getting my billing invoice in my email i told her to wait until receive to make sure I got, and she just said she needs to hang up so rude.

The billing department continually does not send my utility bill. I have spent too many hours on the phone and at the department trying to get the service I am paying for. I will not pay any more late fees for the department's negligence.

Why does the post office close everyday for an hour? Our tax dollars pay the post office employees and someone should be there to help people during business hours. Also most post offices are open till 5 pm?
