I am a current resident of Holly Hill. The staff are friendly and courteous and always helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay and would recommend staying here as a long-term patient due to the great staff.
My family member is a resident of Pruitt Health, Holly Hill in Valdosta Georgia and she has had the worst experience with her rehab, scheduled video and in-person visits, meal selections, stolen cell phones and clothing, misplaced television, constant changing of rooms, unsanitary and unsafe personal care. This has went on for many years. I could go on and on but I won’t. I am a very concerned family member.
Very clean facility. Not what I was expecting based on previous experience with mother in law. Staff that I met with were great. My 84 year old brother even agreed that he didn't mind living there. Although he didn't like the physical therapy people. They wouldn't let him eat untill he did one more exercise. Did I mention that he was totally bedridden when he was admitted? Now he can stand and move abit. Guess that delayed bite if food was ok after all
I had my uncle here sadly to say he passed away didn't know that he had sores and the day he passed they broke his leg as they say it was because it had stiffed up he always was saying that he didn't want to be there and we waiting to get him transferred to another company but before he can be moved he died i wouldnt say i would place anyone of my loved ones here so many questions they couldn't answer about his well being always a run around when u ask to speak with his nurse it's Holly Hill not deathvalley needs better staff asap like right now needs to be reminded to treat those as they want to be treated ‼
If you want your family member to literally deteriate, send them here. They leave their patients in the bed with little to no interaction or repositioning the patients. I can only pray that this place gets shut down SOON.
Poor communication and the staff nurse at night are mean to the patients.
Terrible place to work, very ignorant staff and poor professionalism.
