Holly Ridge Mini-Storage

I am not sure what is going on here, I have no luck calling as the VM box is always full, I am working out of town, when I am home I call, no luck, then I look at website to see if they are open office as I need to pay ny bill but ynable to do that until they can tell me how much it will ve fir a certain amount if time or if there are any larger units available. I have been trying for 3 weeks now and my bill is due on 2/15/22, they had better not lock my units, this is their fault

Went in the middle of the day to pay my bill. Door sign said open, but the door was locked. Stayed around to see if there was an employee on the property, no one was there. Called multiple times with no answer and NO way to leave a message. Went to my storage unit to check on things, found MICE FECES on my mattress. Yes, this place is cheap, but it's for a reason. They also do not take card. They say they take check or money order SENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. This place is not professional.

Found dead roaches in my unit when I went to grab from one of my boxes stored there, hoping my couch and dresser doesn't have any living in it. Also they like to wait 3 weeks to a month before cashing checks and have no card machine for payments.

Don't go there, unless you want hugh cockroaches. They don't spray. I went to Store Away in Sneads Ferry & they spray every month. Never saw a bug.

Great prices, very accommodating and easy to work with. Been with them for years for different occasions of needing a unit and never had a problem.

Been a clinet for over a decade, management just changed.
