We love Holly Tree Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Ann and Abbey are amazing at explaining everything they are doing and listening to any concerns you have! The staff is very nice and welcoming every time we have been to their office!
Dr. Ann and Kacey were amazing. The office atmosphere and staff were so welcoming and it was not forced. Everyone we passed greeted us and every kid received the same stellar treatment. I am big on the energy of a room and Holly Tree exceeded my expectations. The knowledge of the CDA was top notch and Dr. Ann was thorough as well as extremely personable and down to earth.
Made my kids feel comftorable every time we visit. They answer questions I have and let the parent decide what if any treatment is needed. I appreciated having the options explained thoroughly whenever I had questions. I do wish they had a little playmat for babies set up near the waiting bench during procedures. My kids enjoy going to the dentist which is a huge win. Little price center is always fun for them as well.
Holly Tree is the absolute best! The staff is so kind and polite and the Doctors are amazing! Not only do they do great work, but they do it with a smile and a great attitude. Doctor Megan in particular was so incredible for our daughter’s surgery and made her feel so comfortable. We were very nervous, but everything went so smoothly and everyone made sure to inform us of every step so we felt comfortable as well. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Ann and staff are always so wonderful! We love how much they take their time to listen to our needs and how caring they are to everyone. My kids are never scared to go to the dentist and always look forward to going back!
My daughter had a filling done yesterday and she’s absolutely terrified of the mask and tools used but the staff done an amazing job keeping her calm and getting her to trust them to do what needed to be done and her not fight or freak out as she did before with prior dentists. Very happy we came to Hollytree
We really like HTPD. My kids enjoy going, the entire office is decorated and a happy fun place for kids. The entire staff from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctors are great! The entire staff knows how to earn a kid’s trust. Dr. Megan is fantastic, and treats my kids like human beings and not patients or numbers. My one child has sensory issues and they are very patient and kind with their needs. The wait times are very minimal. I don’t think we’ve ever waited more than 15 minutes we usually arrive 30 minutes early. My children have had dental surgery and the staff doesn’t place parents in a lobby. They gave me an option to watch from a viewing area through a window after my child was sedated still awake. My kid was able to make eye contact with me the entire time. As soon as they had the procedure finished they immediately waved for me to come in to help my child “wake up”. Highly Recommend
It was a nice place, but we had to wait more than 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time while 4-5 other kids came in after us and went back before us. Unfortunately with a young child, 30 minutes was too long. By the time they called us back, my grandson had a meltdown too much waiting and he didn’t actually get to see the dentist because he couldn’t stop crying. Not sure if this was an unusual day or not, to say if the dental office/dentist was good.
We love love love Dr. Ann and her team. Very welcoming, polite, friendly, always have a smile on their faces, and they work really well with children. My children always look forward to going to their dentist appointment.
This office is absolutely amazing!! Our son is autistic and they go the extra mile to treat him with all the respect and care as any other child. I highly recommend this office. It is truly a wonderful feeling going there! They will not disappoint no matter what! the beach theme is also very cool and relaxing to just be there! Thank you to the ENTIRE awesome staff!
