I have been bringing my dogs in here regularly since I moved here to Yucaipa 5yrs ago. My dogs always come out fantastic and are in and out within a couple of hours! Holly woof woof takes the utmost care of my dogs, one of which is a senior with many growths and hard of hearing. They have never once nicked her or had difficulty with her haircut! They are also very comparable to other groomers in the area I am frugal, so believe me when I say I checked around ; If you need a groomer I highly recommend this is the place, even if you are the fussiest of pet parents!
We have used Holly Woof Woof exclusively for a few years now and I have always experienced a kind, professionalism from the owner and staff for the Grooming needs of our 3 dogs. Sharon is quick to let me know when the dogs are ready and works tirelessly to accommodate her clients. If there was a miscommunication with what we tried to convey how to shave one of our dogs, she made note and made sure it wouldn't happen again. For those customers that complained her shop was dirty, a dog had just been shaved and there was fur on the ground. It's a groomer shop...stop being a troll. Just like with any business, sometimes you have to call a couple of times to get through, so just exercise some patience, be polite and show some grace as we're all human. I highly recommend this business and have been very satisfied with the care of our fur babies.
