Needed a present for a family member. This place had a lot of options. You have your basic Long/short sleeve shirts. They have sweater Pullover/zipper. Beanies and pins in stock. Patches, lighters, sun glasses, and helmets in store. Prices range from 75cent guitar pix and up Accessories 14 & up I found a sweater i loved went with that. People who were helping us were really helpful with Gift ideas. Really like the store. Its clean, Biker type feel. Its a Man's store to shop for sure. Haha Women clothing & items as well for the Lady's Seen a couple things I'd buy for myself like the Gray Thermal top. So sexy! I gave it 5 stars because It had what i needed, it was a Very Clean store on Hollywood Blvd, my experience was great. Literally was able to find, purchase, leave with no problems. I'd say to bring $100 plus to shop. That way you can shop without looking at the tags. Its good quality items.
The reviews speak for themselves. These guys are horrible. When we visited they appeared to be following us around as if we were going to steal their items. I noticed it but didn’t tell my wife. She purchased over $300 worth of overpriced merchandise I say this as we’ve visit a Harley store at every city we visit. Later that day as we were walking the boulevard my wife needed to use the restroom. Thinking that they would accommodate after we spent all that money she was denied and that’s after she asked if they recognized her which they indicated they did. Very rude service. In a nutshell RUDE, OVERPRICED & UNPROFESSIONAL!
Do NOT buy anything from this store. I purchased a gift for someone and this store would not work with me to get one size larger. It is outside of 7 days but still within the same month I purchased it never worn, tags still in place. Extremely poor customer service. I will never purchase here again and will surely make sure that no one that I know does either. Poor attitude also.
For a Harley Davison fan, you won't be able to pass the WalkofFame without going in to the shop. The Price's are like in every Harley Store
Nice couple that run the store super clean great selection
Nice shop but pricy $40 for a t-shirt
If you’re coming in strictly for a shirt that says “Hollywood Harley-Davidson” there isn’t much variety in stock the store itself is pretty small. The back of the shirt does look cool, but there wasn’t one that I loved the front on also the men’s area does have slightly more.
Came in from Glendale at 7:40 because the store closes the latest at 8pm, from the moment I walked in I asked the girl on the floor for help finding a jacket for a Christmas gift, she immediately told me “ just so you know all jackets here are over $500” when I wasn’t asking for the price, she was very condescending I then approached the guy behind the counter who seemed to be the owner and he rushed me out and closed store 5mins early because he said he needed to be somewhere. Very rude employees. Definitely would not recommend and would never come here again.
i’m on vacation and i came here. no greeting when we walked in, owners just looked at us. even went up to the counter and still no greeting. didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. based on the reviews, it isn’t shocking. they didn’t speak until they thought we would buy something. customer service is horrible here.
Yeah this place is bad. I was in the area and needed a new motorcycle helmet. I like Harvey-Davidson, and thought I could grab a good one here. The staff at the counter were very friendly, and got a helmet for me to try. It's pretty standard to wear the helmet for ~10 minutes to see if any pressure points develop. While I was wearing the helmet, walking around the store, a man came in from the back and asked me if I was going to buy the helmet, and, if not, I should take it off because otherwise it wouldn't be "new". I took it off and left the store. I have to imagine he was the owner, otherwise I don't see how he could treat customers like that. It's sad that he's now my association with Harley-Davidson. It's one thing to be ill-mannered to customers, but a well-fitting helmet is safety issue. To pressure customers in that way risks having them buy a helmet that doesn't fit, and therefore doesn't protect them. I think this store is probably oriented around selling Harley branded merchandise to tourists in the Hollywood area. But if that's the case, don't even offer helmets or other riding gear, because you're giving a bad name to other Harley stores that do really care about riders.
