Seats are not very comfortable after a while, it was warm felt like the A/C wasn’t on. Concession Stand was full and their were only 2 cashiersmissed all the previews, but when their was no line I saw 4 cashiers, Only good thing from there is if you buy large drink/popcorn you get a free refill.
Great excellent nice luxury movie theater & the food & drinks is very much so delicious! But, However, Last Night while I was there watching “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse, the IMAX theater room where I was watching it during half of the movie ended up turning green! I have already talked to the nice female manager of the movie theater and showed her pictures of green screen and all that she said that “We’re sorry for all the trouble, but there was nothing that we could have done about it”. But I’m going to make sure that the whole entire movie theater gives me & all of the movie watchers get us a refund.
I have been to other "luxury theaters" and this failed in comparison. Although they had a separate bar area, the "restaurant " was in the concession line, which was quite long. After looking at the prices, I had no intent of buying anything, which is sadly true of most theaters. My other issue was ticketing. I received an E Ticket, which was a $2 convenience fee. Although i had selected my seat, it's location wss not on my e ticket. Going into the theater they did not scan the ticket, but simply looked at it.
Good experience. Confortable seats. Smooth check in. Food stand kids could be a little faster maybe... Just as a suggestion. I mean, they have a whole bunch of humans at one trying to get the snacks right before the movie starts, so maybe a little faster service would not hurt. But I still give it a 5 stars
My first time here was plenty of parking lot. The chairs were comfortable.
I am giving 1 star because my seat was broken not the only one in the theater as just walking out I saw several areas repaired with duct tap or with seats similarly very leaning back like mine the concession stands have less variety and the waiting area was very hot. It was very hot in the concession stand area which was unfortunate because it took 30+ minutes for a line of only 15 people. Their snack choices are slim and up charged but they have them in little plastic baggies instead of the original packaging so you get even less for the price compared to other cinemas. The good thing was that the icee machine was actually functional. They also have a bar too. They do not have a small popcorn size and their icees were much smaller than at regal cinemas and only had the one size. The popcorn was stale unfortunately. It took forever to get through the line to have our tickets checked because they were searching everyone’s bags. Once we got into the theater it was pitch black and they had no working runner lights on the floor like other chain theaters in the entryway and it was a huge tripping hazard. It was not handicap accessible. The bathrooms were out of paper towels and a bunch of the stalls were not operational which paired with the huge wait at the concession stand is a pain for going into the movie. They were still not operational until after the movie was over but I left right when credits hit so I did not have to wait. My seat was broken and this was the second time I had a broken seat here. It was completely unstable and I had to keep it from wobbling all the way back and forward the entire movie. I am disappointed and would like others to see before they go. I absolutely love going to the movies and spend at least about $50 every 1-2 weeks for just me not including others when we go. It would be nice to go to this cinema as it is closer but I may just have to do the 30 minute drive to the Regal Loop Theater instead which always has a stocked snack area and after going multiple times has 3-4 women’s bathrooms placed throughout the theater, and I have never had an un-air conditioned wait or broken seat at. I would go back to this cinema in Davenport if they could fix these issues.
We ordered ticket for specific seats about 3 hours before movie. 1st time at a theater with hot food options. 2 orders of loaded tots, chicken fingers w/ fries, two pops, one frozen Coke, and a package of chocolate covered almonds. All were great. Customer service was awesome too, patient to explain things. We only waited about 10 minutes for our hot food after ordering. Theater for Meg 2 was slow to open due to cleaning, but that was fine for us to wait a bit. Lady checking tickets did a great job explaining and apologizing for delay. Went back for popcorn later during movie, yummy stuff. We aren't little people and we found the seats to be comfortable, especially with an extra seat between other groups. Plus size and fit fine. Arm seats fold up for the extra space. We would go back for sure.
Watched Mission Impossible in IMAX. The movie was great but would never visit this theater again— listed as Cinepolis Luxury cinemas, and I normally go to the one in Hamlin which is the REAL luxury cinemas. Posting pictures of the IMAX theater, really the opposite of luxury. Giving three stars because of the movie and the sound is great!
Great prices for a regular ticket. Food was tasty, and great portions. I went with a party of 4 and we can all eat alot. We all had food left over we couldn't finish it. Canned alochol drinks were about $8+. Seats were very comfy. Theater was very clean and had great sound and appropriately dark room. I would definitely go again. But on a Tuesday as it's half price tickets!
The staff was fantastic in helping me purchase tickets in the handicap row. They were able to add in seats to ensure our party could all sit together with our friend using a walker. Took the time to set it all up and had it ready for us when we arrived. A+ customer service.
