Awful experience! No one was able to answer any questions and even after telling multiple people my daughter and I wanted the basic mani/pedi, we were charged far more than expected and told it was because of polish we picked but in my case did not actually get off the color palates we were handed when saying what we wanted. Now less than 24hrs after getting the services, both mine and my daughters pedicures are smudged/chipped, as I'm guessing they were not dried/set properly.Services: Pedicure

My nails are beautiful and I like them, but the person who filed the nails made me bleed on three different fingers/nails and my left thumb nail is shorter than the right thumb. This was the first time I’ve ever had my nails done at a salon so I don’t know if the filing process was supposed to be painful or not, but it hurt for me. The guy was nice and all, but at the end of the day it still hurt to get my nails done. Edit: So it’s been a few hours and it hurts to put some of the nails under hot water for even a few seconds. I’ve had to pour hydrogen peroxide on the few nails that hurt and it fizzled up and burned so bad. I really don’t want to give a bad review because I love the color but I can’t ignore the fact that my cuticles hurt from just hot water and might be infected now. Please, do not go here if you have the option, only go here if you have no other options.Service: Acrylic nails

Requested my dip to be removed. It was ripped off with an acrylic nail-really hurt!!! Three of my nails were bleeding as the nail ripped off with the dip. They didn’t charge me but asked for a tip. The glue is still left on my nail and the filing was uneven and my nails are SO short. I have used this establishment many times/ but never again!

I went in for a full set & the lady did okay the first time so I just decided to go back again for a fill & give it another chance . The lady who did my fill the second time was very nice but she completely rushed my fill leaving my nails uneven , different shapes & lengths & the polish wasn't even on all my nails PLUS I payed 65$ for a fill and very simple design when the door said 35$ for a fill . Also my mom got her toes and nails done as well which she got an ingrown toenail & infection from the unclean tools & her finger nails broke right away. After that I decided to try another nail place & the lady at the new place told me my nails were the worst she's ever seen & surprised I didn't get an infection from how they did my nails at your salon . Definietly would not recommend going here thought I'd ignore the bad reviews and give it a try but the reviews have been right . Also noticed the owner will flag every bad review as "hateful or discrimination" when people are just telling the truth . Very unprofessional

Got my nails done here a while ago and it wasn’t great. My mother went here a few times as well. When she got a pedicure, the conditions weren’t sanitary. Just today she went to get an eyebrow wax, and the lady who did it got hot wax on her eyelid and really burned her when she ripped it off. Not to mention, it looked really bad. Bad service and bad sanitation. Don’t go here.Service: Manicure

This is by far the worst place in GreenBay I developed a very Nasty Foot fungus and they are very rude they will not listen to you when you state your need and wants. I also put my Translator in and they were saying some very terrible things in their language. I recommend you to by pass this place they are very nasty I had to ask the nail Tech to please use clean product Because she was using stuff that was old and washed off that is legally or supposed to be used again.

I am in town for work and needed a pedicure. I stopped in & Amy gave me the best pedicure I have ever received! She was meticulous!I will be back next time I'm in town.Services: Foot massages

They expect you to pay the Price for your nails and they do not do a good job at it and when you go back to them to have them fix the nails that you’ve spent money on then they give treat with the upmost disrespectful poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend nobody coming to this nail salon honestly they do not do a good job at it. They are extremely unfair, they do not do their job ! And treat you so rude when asking for your money back ! Please before getting your nails done I recommend you go over the reviews and believe what people are saying about this place. My cousin asked for a refund and one of the employees came up and cutt my cousin’s nails because the lady did a horrible job the employee didn’t even take down my cousins full set she just went back to doing another ladies nails! disgusting nail salon ever!Services: Foot massages

Horrible. Asked for my last set to be soaked off so I can keep my real nails healthy and long so I sat for 20 minutes just to get passed onto another “tech” who immediately cut off all my natural grow out. I said no and she didn’t hear I guess but absolutely no communication at all, I showed same “tech” a simple picture and she said no she couldn’t do it, it was a stiletto French tip. The nail’s themselves look horrible and it was just overall very disappointing. I kept going and gave her the benefit of the doubt but there was no satisfaction in the end. Paid lots of money for disappointment
