ever used their products but had a driving incident that made me never want to use their product. After being cut off in 730 am traffic with hardly any space, not blinker, I honked to let him owner know a car was there I get the finger as he continues to talk on the phone. Not only are you rude, could cause an accident, but you're representing your company while driving their van. Plate number PHY1670. Not someone I'd ever want to do business with. Who reacts that way when you're at fault driving your business vehicle? can't imagine what type of rude individual you'd be in person. Chris- I hope to never do business with you and I hope this review changes the minds of others....
If I could give zero stars to this place I would. In February 2018 we put down a deposit on TWO items that Chris said would be easy for him to get done. He called my husband in June 2018 to say that he could have them delivered the week of July 4. That date came and went with NO communication from Chris and he wouldn't answer phone calls. He also didn't have his shop open on Saturdays like the website and Facebook page says. August, September, October, November, December of 2018 came and went and he wouldn't take any of my calls, always forced his phone to go to voicemail and he was never in the shop if they were ever open. My husband could talk to him but he always had some excuse as to why he hadn't gotten our stuff done, yet he was posting larger finished projects on Facebook. It's now JUNE 2019 and we still haven't heard a word from him, his shop is never open, he's a liar and a thief. If you want to run a business, take a basic business course from a local college. They'll at least be able to teach you the basics of a successful business model, and a way to communicate with your customers that's effective and efficient. We've given you the benefit for far too long now.
Products are great quality. Love the rustic feel of the showroom and the staff is friendly in the showroom and the owner is great to work with.
