They have a wide assortment of rings and diamonds and definitely watches. They carry citizen watches. Their customer service is top notch. They also change watch batteries. As well as repair broken gold chains. Their prices are reasonable not outrageous. I definitely will be doing all my jewelry business with them. ⏲⏰

Miss the Neenah store but, was a nice rainy day trip.  Beautiful sparkles everywhere! Friendly staff! Replaced my battery and got my wedding ring cleaned and checked.  Beautiful store!  Beautiful pieces!

Absolutely wonderful service and craftsmanship! Extremely fair priced and skilled! Went back to pick up repairs and husband ended up buying me a pink sapphire ring!!

Honest and fair upfront estimates. Timely. Had a ring fixed that had broken prongs and a missing stone. When we brought the ring in they identified the issue and quoted an estimate quickly. They told us it would be 7 to 10 days. It was 6. Beautiful amazing work. Better than I ever expected. Thank you for giving me my ring back....and better than expected!

They did a beautiful job on my mom's  mothers ring. She had passed away last year, and my daughter took it to them. Had a stone replaced and sized to fit me. She gave it to me for Christmas.  My hubby bought me a beautiful heart necklace that was a little to short, they help find a chain that fit.  Thank you Holts Jererly Store
