Super disappointed. Becky made a "clerical" error on my taxes that resulted in a letter from the IRS saying I owed $8k. She submitted an amended return July 6th. I still haven't received my return. The office is now closed until January 9th. The office's response to this issue is spotty. Sometimes they call on my behalf, but mostly I believe they have just forgotten about my return or lack of. ETA: I sent an email this morning to Holt which went unanswered, but this reply on a public forum was quite expeditious. Thank you for your reply.
We have been clients and friends with the Holt family for many years. At Holt Tax Inc. you are not just clients, you are friends. It doesn't get better than that. They are the best, simply the best.
We've been using Holt Tax Service since 1974. Very efficient and personal service. You sit there while they do the taxes and answer any questions they have. There is also drop-off service. They can e-file for you, too. Love them all.
