Holy Cross Cemetary

They are liars. Going on 3 years since our loved one buried here and still no grass. Only a patch of dry clay and ugly weeds. Tired of stopping in office to put in worthless work order. It is obvious they have no intention of doing anything at all. Nothing done at all for almost three years. No good dirt no grass seed sown nothing but stress. They should be embarrassed.

Currently they are closing the mausoleums at 4:30. Which is sick and so insensitive to people coming to visit their family members when most people work until 5. Claiming their has been vandalism. People are paying well over $5000 just for a place in these mausoleums… get security cameras this place can afford it instead of preventing my dad to see my 21 year old brother his son who passed away a little over a year ago just because he works until 4:30 and they are too lazy/ inconsiderate to at least keep those doors open until dusk just like the rest of the cemetery.

Mausoleums have limited time to visit now during the week because of supposed vandalism..that's ridiculous! And they are not even open on Sunday to visit.. It costs a lot to have someone inside and can't even visit them 24/7 now Absolutely horrible!

Mausoleums only open 7 to 430 Not on Sunday either and probably till 12 Saturday Absolutely terrible! Can't visit my mom as much now because I work ..I'm off Sunday But they will be closed Sunday and that's wrong!

Several family and friends are interned here. The cemetery people take very good care of the grounds and buildings.

My parents brought a plot and stone 10 years ago next to my husband and I when my husband died 8 months after we brought plot I did not pay extra to put his death date on stone now 10 years later my mom passed and my dad gets a bill for 297 dollars to put mom's death date on stone was never mentioned when he paid full for plot and stone 10 years ago would be a extra charge i am not very happy about this!

This is a huge cemetery and my family has a couple generations buried here. They assisted with my Moms burial plot and stone. Smooth process and it was nice to see the stone on the computer during purchasing. They were also able to assist in finding the other members of our family and gave us a map to find. My sister and I did struggle finding the plot we were looking for even with a map and knowing the numbers are in bottom right hand corner. Overall, I feel it is maintained. Some stones r hard to see and not kept up. I would recommend this cemetery overall.

Maintenance doesn't exist. Grass not trimmed even though a row over is haphazardly cut. Bring a weed trimmer so you can do maintence yourself as that's the only way it will get done. They pick and choose what decorations are taken down. Flowers for St Patrick's day were removed but Christmas decorations were left up and untouched. This has happened numerous times and is beyond frustrating.

It could be maintained a little better but it is a huge cemetery and they've always been helpful especially in the last year laying my Mother to rest and it's always peaceful there

Jeannie was so helpful and compassionate in a most difficult time for my family. I love that they have a baby section - our sweet angel is not all alone. The grounds and statues are all beautiful and peaceful, and the decoration I ordered online was on the gravesite in just a day or two.
