Don't waste your time here. I believe Dr Pham is a good specialist that's why it is not 1 star. But everything is weird. I was prescribed some procedures, but right after the appointment no one was able to provide me any summaries, references. I was trying to reach them for a week, even thru their mobile application. No response. Once this is a network, I was able to contact some call center. They told me they can't reach that branch either. Then proposed me to walk there. Updated the review because they simply drop. That's weird. Unbeatable ignorance
Dr Ramos is amazing, she thinks outside the box, what other doctors don't see or not care, she makes sure to do her best every time in order to get you to the best possible health. In my option the best internal medicine doctor that I ever had.
Incompetence is the only definition I can use to describe every part of my experience with this office. From the office getting my appointment time wrong THEY called and text me to confirm my 9:15 appointment but when I showed up they said I was late and it was rescheduled to 8:45 to the nurses not being able to tell me my lab results over the phone despite my doctor's message saying the results could be given, to waiting an additional 25 minutes to have blood work taken after over an hour to get seen and given results from lab testing, only to be told that not all the tests could be done onsite and that i would have to go to Quest to get one of the the tests taken. Why would the doctor not know that beforehand? Why should I have to get 2 more blood tests? You guys need to get it together. This place is an embarrassment to the health care community. BTW when the RA came in to an office to give me information, she kept the door open while I was clearly upset so that anyone passing by could hear our conversation. Thanks for the confidentiality.
Doctor Faride ramos it’s the best physician you can find in south Florida I been through different internal doctors but she listen take her time to diagnose and care for her patients totally recommend her you won’t be disappointed. At her office every one it’s very efficient and caring Tkyu
Spoke with a person named Demetria, terrible help. I can’t see my doctor for 4 weeks with flu like symptoms. No alternative offered or honest/genuine care about my healthThanks. I’m now looking for alternative medical coverage/assistance.
Dr. Ramos is the best physician I have ever had. She is responsive, accessible and relatable.
Avoid at all costs. Can't schedule appoints sooner than 1 to 2 months in advance. They cancel and change times without notification. Can't get billing/insurance information correct.
Dr. Ramos is compassionate and caring. She truly cares about her patients. She takes her time when seeing you and answers all your questions. The one thing I like about her office is that you can communicate with her through the electronic health record system and she will respond quickly. It also allows you to see any doctors notes, test and results, request prescription refills, etc. This is a real benefit since in most doctor's office you call in and then wait until they hunt down the doctor and sometimes it takes time for the doctor to call back, or put an order in but not in this office. One major drawback is that the doctor's office always sends, or recommends, "out of network providers," I guess they have agreements with those providers. A solution to this is requesting a doctor's order and then go to your nearest in-network provider. Other than that this is probably one of the best places for primary care. I would highly recommend Dr. Faride Ramos and Holy Cross Medical Group to anyone looking for a primary doctor.
I personally really like Dr. Bosire. Very few doctors listen well. Most rush you in and out and don't actually sit and listen. As for the office staff, not the best, but still pretty nice people. It is South Florida, expectations have to be kept in check down here. Staff isn't something that makes me stop seeing a really good doctor.
I consistently had really horrible experiences with Dr Bosire's office. Her staff are rude and hostile, and ultimately she constantly tried to get both my husband and I to come in for unnecessary visits simply to get a co-pay out of us. I saw the doctor for my annual check up and she told me to begin a medication and double the dose in two weeks. When I began doubling the dose I called the office to let her know I would need a new prescription for the correct dosage, and was put on the phone with several nurses all stating I would have to make an appointment and come in to see her first. Two of the nurses told me I was an incorrect medication, and I had to correct THEM. On top of that, they tried to convince me I was on a controlled substance, which is not the case. I am really disappointed in Dr. Bosire's lack of ethics and integrity... I would rather go off the medication than give her more of my money so that she can literally look at me, ask me a question, and then tell me to increase my dose to what she had already told me I needed.
