100s of STARS for Dr. David Reinhardt! Dr. Reinhardt is a fabulous doctor and surgeon. He performed Reverse Shoulder Replacement on my right shoulder back in February 2023, and I am still under his care now in October. His surgery on my shoulder was flawless. I was given a nerve block which took care of pain the first couple of days. In total, my pain lasted only ten days. Since then, I have had absolutely NO pain - even during physical therapy. My therapist could not believe it, either! Dr. Reinhardt is thorough, competent, he patiently answered my many questions, and jovial - making me feel wonderfully comfortable. Because I was very afraid, it took me many months to finally decide to get surgery; however, I am so glad I did because my life has completely changed for the better. His office staff is very pleasant as well. Dr. Reinhardt looked in on me prior to hospital discharge and ordered at-home physical therapy to start immediately. On my first office visit after therapy, Dr. Reinhardt personally demonstrated the next group of exercises to help me better understand the recovery protocol. My remaining PT was on an outpatient basis. Now in October, I remain pain free. Bottom Line: I feel very Blessed to have had Dr. Reinhardt care for me. You will not find a better surgeon than Dr. Reinhardt. God Bless You, Dr. Reinhardt! Cordially, Marianne Brody
This HOSPITAL is HORRIBLE! The nurses are LAZY, uncaring & rude. The house DR is just as bad. Even after addressing my concerns to administration and to anyone who would listen about the sub standard and poor treatment or lack there of hasn't changed. When a transfer was requested no paperwork done and I was told that my preferred transfer choice wasn't accepting patients for 10 day's. Go figure? My loved one along with all other patients deserve care.... from those who took a oath to care!!!! ADVOCATE FOR YOU LOVED ONES
One of the best hospitals in Pennsylvania! The unique doctors of this hospital brought my beloved wife back to life. It was a lot of complicated operations between life and death. But 5 years ago a wizard named Dr. Steven Fassle worked a miracle and gave us life! The hospital is filled with kindness and mercy! Here are the kindest nurses in the world! Very good food. The food here is always fresh, tasty and healthy! Thank you, Holy Redeemer!
Where to begin...went in knowing I tested positive for covid but, didn't realize other things were happening to my body. My blood pressure was low, I was severely dehydrated and my kidneys were shutting down. The ER Dr on duty that night was amazing and even I was supposed to leave for my vacation the next day, he convinced me to stay to get the treatment I needed. Once on floor 2 room 2019 my excellent experience began. I always got a different nurse each shift but where one left off the other began was seamless. 2 nurses stood out going that extra mile. That was Toni and Ron. I have used the ER but never had to stay and all I can say I was very impressed compared to other hospitals in the area.
This hospital is hit or miss lately it’s been a lot of miss. Doctors here don’t care if you’re in pain or have something wrong they just don’t want to do their job. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had some positive experiences here but lately it’s all negative. Dr. Doesn’t care that my grandmother had sharp stomach pain and kidneys were hurting since last night. Said they had nothing to admit her for, likely will have to be readmitted and seemed to only care about the hospital bed she was taking up. I think this is no way to treat people.
The PICU is absolutely wonderful, and filled with doctors and nurses who were amazing with our twin premature babies. They collaborated with another hospital, and helped transport our one son to a long term PICU that had additional respiratory services. I have had CT scans and other testing work done here. The staff was courteous at all times, and friendly to me. The Maternal Fetal Medicine helped save my one son's life. I think their pediatric urgent care center is also pretty wonderful. I had one bad experience with the doctor who discharged my wife and my third son too early. My son was jaundiced and his bilirubin counts trended incredibly high after discharge. No one bothered to tell us the results and that we should take him back to the hospital. He needed to be readmitted into the PICU. I really think that was just that one doctor being lazy and I do not think it is a huge reflection on the hospital. This was one bad experience out of about 50 interactions with Holy Redeemer.
The staff were friendly but this ER said my mother was fine yesterday. She was still sick today so we sought a second opinion and she's been admitted for internal bleeding. The two stars are for the kindness we were shown by the workers...but as a hospital? We will go to Jefferson for our needs.
I had a 3 of my kids here and my daughter had 2 here as well. I used to say how great it is, and how caring staff were, but since Covid they have really come down in how they treat patients. Visiting rules are ridiculous and staff is rude. Where did all of the decent humans who worked there go? Current staff in maternity are in dire need of professional development.
I was here for a week in January and the care I received was top notch. I was diagnosed quickly and accurately in the ER and was admitted and scheduled for two procedures to correct the issue. Everyone was so friendly, competent and kind. My room was clean and comfortable and the one non-liquid meal I ate that week was delicious :. I would recommend Holy Redeemer over the other hospitals in the area - it has a smaller, better managed feel to it.
It's a professionally managed hospital, I went there for taking an X-ray it took only less than 15 minutes to complete my test. It was my first time visit to there, they finished my registration and diagnosis in that time.parking of vehicle in a building for visitors and in an emergency you can take parking nearby Emergency services area.thats for free but there is a limited time.parking in the visitor lot is $1 for 15 minutes to 1 hours.1to 2 hours $2 2 to 4 hours $3 4 to 6 hours $4 and 6+ hours its $5.thats a good value for the money.
