Over priced extortionate prices for garbage service. Our memorial plaque is not a even a year old and is already defaced with knicks and indents. The security and overall enforcement of any policies is non-existent. Rowdy visitors be playing loud music which disrupts other people trying to mourn. Regret burying our loved one here.
Hello just wanted to come in her and say how disappointed I am with Holy Sepulcher Cemetery I come to visit my loved ones and I feel unsafe and on edge with the new security that they have here named manuel he comes over every time and just harass me and my family and takes pictures of us and are cars with the way this world is I don't feel safe here anymore I have kids i don't know what he does with these photos and it saddens me that we can't just come and enjoy are loved ones company
Is this cemetery going down hill. Have asked them twice to raise my father’s headstone. As it gets filled with mud when it rains and when sprinkles are on. Today I went and placed flowers for my mother. Lawn hadn’t been mowed. And WHY?! Can’t they have REAL BATHROOMS! The thousands of dollars clients pay! Those outhouses are filthy and gross! Terrible management
Gorgeous, serene, well manicured cemetery. I like visiting at sunrise. It's peaceful and no one is around except for workers here and there. They are kind and don't bother you. It's a very special place.
I have 3 family members buried here and live out of the area. In years past I have always been able to leave Christmas decorations early, since they are contained to the grave stone, and due to living out of area. They had always graciously allowed this, as otherwise I would not be able to return to honor my family members for the holidays. I asked the man who was on duty, and before I even finished talking he blurts out NO, you can only do it for the published times. For someone who serves families who have loved ones, he is undoubtedly the rudest, most non- caring Individual I have ever encountered. He wouldn’t even listen to hear that the staff there have allowed it every year since my Mother passed in 2012. 10 years May HIS gravesite always be bare, and may he spend his life wallowing in a nasty attitude like his, and live with all that brings him. God don’t like ugly
A holy, peaceful cemetery, especially during Christmas. May all souls Rest In Peace there.
My parents are buried here and it is a beautiful serene place to connect with your dearly departed. I recently visited with my son and it is a good place to discuss life and death and reflect on the sanctity of it all
Sitting down to write this review I realized this is really a review of over 40 years in the making. So I've decided it deserves my full heartfelt and verifiable experience here in the hopes it helps anyone on the fence about what its like here. Forty years in the making because I remember coming here quite often with my Father at a young age to pay our respects to my Grandfather. The forethought was always of how peaceful it was and still is here. I think the impression of tranquility upon a 5-7 yr. old has to be of genuine sentiment or at the very least remarkable lol, but that's how long I've been visiting and this is the feeling it gives. For 20 of those years I resided in Texas and any time I flew in I was sure to stop by and visit my Dad who now lays in rest here as well. Being so far away it gave me peace of mind to look around a see how well manicured the grounds have been kept up. As I've gotten older I find myself making more stops at different areas within this most sacred ground and I see how loved ones are visited by their families here and you just know you're at a special place. Recently I've been on the business end of the experience of losing a loved one and it's the last thing anyone wants to deal with when you're traversing such strong thoughts and emotions, but let me tell you about how well Rhiannon Roberts and the team of people behind the scenes there at Holy Sepulcher really stepped up and took care of us during a time of loss. Rhiannon displayed professionalism and compassion in a way that made it feel more like we were talking to a friend than some kind of business interaction. She maintained a respectful follow-up which was helpful because the mind forgets to sign this, e-mail that and just the administrative paperwork that's necessary but no one thinks about during loss. Understandably we're overwhelmed with matters of hospice, coroners, death certificates, mortuaries etc. then top it off with an unprecedented event like COVID! When all we want to do is grieve and remember what's important....the one we just lost! Makes one wonder how anyone gets thru it all! Well, its because people like Rhiannon and the rest of the staff there that support her. They made this hard thing less hard, I dare not say easy because nothings easy when it comes to this experience. Thank You and God Bless The Staff of Holy Sepulcher past and present for taking care of my Family Always & Forever! p.s. We're so quick to write a review when something doesn't go our way, it should be even more recognized to do so when something goes right.
