The store has a good collection and there are offers available throughout the year. The big issue is a big queue during billing.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of variety and sizes of sheets. they used to have a better selection. Otherwise it is one of my favorite places to shop for things for my apartment.
Zero stars. 5 employees talking bad about customers seating on chairs waiting for their family members to finish at checkout. Shame on yourselves. The guy in the pic asked what em I doing? Well I responded with another question. Why are you all not getting on a register?
Unbelievably long check out line. Close to 100 customers waiting an hour to check out or worse return something. Come on Homegoods, you’re better than this.
WOW, WOW HomeGoods has really stepped up your game. Being from California where most of the HomeGoods are Phenomenal like Menifee CA, Lake Forest CA, and the Redlands CA. NOW this HomeGoods and Mansfield get super thumbs up and definitely 5
Enjoy long check out lines? This is the place for you..... should we staff enough cashier's to deal with this line? Establish an express 5 items or less line? Call for backup?.... Nah let's just make an obnoxiously long cash-wrap instead.
This store doesn't provide best customer experience. There is pretty huge line approximately 100 members waiting in queue but only 6 registers working to serve those 100. I have been to this store for 20 times but I see no difference in the experience and it is definitely insane and it tops to be consistently bad in customer experience. It's not that the facility is understaffed but it's sheer inability of management to cater customer needs and It took 30 mins for me to get to my turn.
The store is well stocked and full of cute things but the checkout is terrible. I wanted to purchase one small handbag which was right next to the jewelry counter. The clerk refused to ring me up even though there were no other customers there. She told me to go to the main checkout. I counted about 40 people in line. I won’t waste my time here again.
Went on my lunch break to pop in real quick to grab a gift card for a birthday and I waited in line for 40 minutes to only get halfway through and I had to put my gift card down and leave to get back to work on time. Don't come here if you need to get in and out. Cause your gunna be in that line for awhile
Place is huge and beautiful full of good stuff but the bathrooms are worse than a corner store bathroom it’s horrible and disgusting
