Very neat store! There's a lot to see and it's hard to leave without getting something! The store is packed with home-related products from furniture to kitchen items to decorative items. It's organized well and a good store overall to visit.

Love me some Homegoods. I was looking for several different things for my home and I found exactly what I was looking for. So excited. They have a large selection of items and a nice variety ofcolors, textures etc.
Store is always great but real reason for leaving a review was the help and outstanding customer service my sister and I received from Megan short brown haired young lady. She went above and beyond to help us be able to move our furniture. Haven’t experienced such kindness/extreme customer service at any store in years! Thank you Megan!
Staff member at the register that was working on a Thursday morning on 7/13 was SUPER RUDE to my husband and I. She was older/ had grey hair a bit on the shorter side & was giving me the side eye/ mean glare the whole time. Did not appreciate that.

Very crowded. The items here seemed inconsistent in terms of quality. Generally, furniture seemed poorly constructed. I was looking for a work table. I hadn't found what I wanted at Office Max Depot and figured I'd at least glance around this store since I was already right there. I saw three of one item... Sort of a two-high milk crate on wheels or castors...one had broken at a corner, one had a missing wheel and the third had some other issue. The only desk/ work table I found was $169 - not worth that amount due to quality of composition - and it was too low for someone my height. I spotted this doggie staircase. It was actually very solid and well-made. If I had an old or infirm dog, I'd've bought it. It was in the clearance section. I left without buying anything. The one salesperson was helpful in answering a question I asked.
Starting with the staff, MOST of them are rude and don't even have manners! I've always thought we were supposed to greet "Every Customer, Every Time" but that doesn't happen there. It's sad that the rude ones ruin it for the kind and mannered employees who actually do speak to the customers! You have one rude manager there who always gets smart for no reason and always tried to make everything I did wrong EVERYTIME. She always had something negative to say to me and I never did anything to the lady at all! I've had some customers thank me for my welcoming greetings and good mannerisms as they'd witness other associates weren't wish is highly sad. As for the merchandise there it's like being in a whole new different world world of excitement. I like a lot of the items there and mostly the prices are a perfect fit for everything that's purchased.
Very big store with a variety of everything. I bought a few things ,and am very happy with my purchase.
