HIPQS is a home study program with a one day lab to inspect 5 properties prior to completion of course. Labs are held once a month on the third Friday in Chicago and Carlinville,Illinois. Two week registration notice required.
HIPQS is in the business of educating people interested in a career in Home Inspection. Our training is especially a good fir for those with experienced in the building trades industry. Our course is a home study course with textbook, and cd with 3000 inspection slides to guide you during the inspection.
Provided is textbook, cd, 5 field event inspections, and Pre-Qualification Exam (required by the state). You are ready to take your state exam when finished with the course. total cost of the course is $975.
