Home Run Inn Pizza

Description

Home Run Inn’s three Chicago pizza restaurants and six in the Chicagoland area give you plenty of places to try our authentic homemade pizza. Or enjoy our frozen pizza made with the same all-natural ingredients, homemade sauces and sausage without a single additive or preservative.

It’s how we’ve done it ever since we opened our original pizzeria on Chicago’s South Side. Consider it our family’s way of bringing our history home to your family.

Went to home run inn in Woodridge. It been a while since I been . Much has changed. It seems very modern inside. I had the personal pizza with sausage and mushroom. I had the strawberry salad and strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was amazing. I was warn by waitress no refills on that. I said okay with me. She also said there is an acholic version too. Salad tasted fresh and good. Pizza was delicious. As I was using the bathroom I noticed a room full of casino machines. I was like wait what. Is this a thing now in Illinois. Casino machines in restaurants. I sat for a quick game. Lost but it okay. I do recommend.
The pizza here is always great, but their wings not so much. I ordered a 10 peice bone in wings and they were small and terribly dry and over cooked. It honestly looked like they've been left under a heat lamp for hours. One of the wings didn't even have any meat on it and they still packed it in my order. So weird.
The severs was great she was very attentive to use and even came back to fill our drinks without asking. What made the pizza horrible is that they used CAN mushroom and not fresh. It killed the whole pizza. I had to take all of them off and still have half a pizza for two people already eaten it. I recommend don’t eating the mushrooms if you want to enjoy your pizza.
If you like Home Run Inn Pizza than this is a great location. We've been coming here for years and have always had a positive experience. The appetizers are very good, but the boneless buffalo wings and Ceasar Salad is our favorite. The pizzas are always hot out of the oven and tasting great. The service is very good and the inside of the restaurant was recently remodeled so everything is brand new and modern looking.
OUTSTANDING Service - MID Week. Thank You. I tipped accordingly. Our waitress was a TRAINER her shirt stated. . . IT SHOWED. Blonde BOB - Middle Age - Beauty . . . Thank you Chíca !!!Food: 5/5
We have been gone from the Chicago area for 8 years. We came back to town this weekend and met my sister and family for some pizza at the Darien Home Run Inn. As we pulled up, I noticed the exterior had been remodeled, a pleasant but unfamiliar, surprise. When we walked in, it was completely remodeled, again a pleasant surprise. With all of these changes, two things have not changed, the service and the food. Both were great. The only chance I have had to eat a Home Run Pizza in the last 8 years has been in the form of a frozen pizza. While that is good, it's not a substitute for the real thing. So, if you haven't treated yourself to Home Run Inn, don't wait any longer. You will not regret it.
Growing up, we always got Home Run Inn frozen pizza. I had no idea it was an actual restaurant, so I was so excited to check this place out, and it did not disappoint! The buttery crust, multitude of toppings available, and friendly staff made my visit so exceptional! I can't wait to go back!Food: 5/5
We went there for the buffet at about 1 pm. The buffet is over at 2 pm. There wasn't much choices in pizza but the meatballs and the sausage with peppers and onions were fantastic. The buffet was more expensive than I thought. We didn't realize until we got the bill.Food: 4/5
Lovely modern industrial design restaurant with delicious food. Pizza is delicious and a favorite!Food: 5/5
My family and I had dinner there tonight. Pizza was hot and delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. The remodel looks fantastic and the place is so clean! However our experience was ruined by the awful black chairs at the tables. They are extremely uncomfortable. By the time we were done eating our bums and lower backs were so sore. The seats are extremely small and the metal bars on the sides in back completely dig into your sides. Please invest in some better chairs. The only way I'd dine in again is if I was guaranteed a booth or there were new chairs.
