Our salesman Ross has been amazing throughout the entire buying experience! He is patient, super response, very professional and just a very pleasant person to work with. He helped us pick out the right spa for our family and has helped me learn the best way to maintain our spa so that we get the most enjoyment from our new purchase. We replaced our aging Bullfrog spa with a beautiful spa. Gabe was great to work with, the techs were efficient, friendly, and did a great job taking out the old spa and setting up the new one. Everything happened earlier than expected. We are Bullfrog spa people so we expect the best. So far, we are not disappointed.

Christine was phenomenal to work with. She knew the model, color scheme and features A8, Timber, Platinum, Etc I really wanted and was able to track down a perfect match that was already built. Can’t wait to get it delivered and start enjoying our new tub.

Sharon, Denny and the whole crew at Bullfrog in Bluffdale, UT are so awesome! We purchased our very first spa for our cabin. The delivery and set up was so smooth and quick! The delivery guys walked us through everything so we were comfortable filling and running it. There were a couple of hiccups and they responded immediately, drove 2 hours to our cabin twice and fixed both issues quickly. I cannot recommend them enough! And Sharon is one in a million! Extremely happy customers!!
Bullfrog went above the call of duty In repairing our older spa. They were extremely helpful in diagnosis the problem, they are very cost effective, they are personal and do what they say they will do . They are efficient, personal, professional and excellent at what they do . They received a 5 star plus rating from us! Can’t say enough about the excellent service they provide !
Ross was so great to work with! He is knowledgeable about the spas, and chemicals. He’s easy to talk to and very helpful. So excited for our new hot tub and Ross will help us learn how to keep it clean and safe for everyone.
