Beautiful view of the city, located in Pilsen, affordable location, commute is not to far from downtown or up north area. Lots of remodeling going on in the community. Apartment rooms are pretty sound proof as well.
Hidden between two bridges with a great city view as there are no tall buildings around it. Private entry and exit with no doorman. Building staff emails with updates as they happen.
Leased an apartment here and was amazing. Loved the view of Pilsen and took fantastic photos with a lovely neighborhood.
My visit to University station was very impressive to day the least.! This property is very well maintained and managed.The doormen are very polite and friendly,custodians keep the main shared and common areas clean and fresh smelling overall . Being in the property management business myself and knowing what it takes to manage a operation as such, I give the management and the staff the highest rating possible, Happy Holidays to you all
Elevators and garage doors constantly have problems, NOT ELECTRIC CAR FRIENDLY
