Home Zone Furniture

From the moment we walked in the door at Home Zone, we were pleasantly greeted & quickly helped. We were shown several options for recliners. The purchase procedure was fast & easy & delivery arranged. We were notified of a 4 hour window the day before delivery. On the date of delivery, we received several texts & emails with updates & tracking. The delivery truck arrived as scheduled & the workers were quick & efficient in bringing the chairs into our home & placing them in the area we had prepared. We have purchased furniture items from Home Zone on numerous occasions. The items are of good quality & fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

Joe is amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind! I have an autistic son that gets into all sorts of mischief and graciously welcomed my son and even had some conversation with him! That tells a lot about his character. Thank you, Joe!! We loved this experience!! Thank you!

After 2 days and a half dozen stores, my wife and I found the living room furniture that was going to work best for us. Pat the sales associate was very patient with us, as we deliberated over our favorites. After narrowing our selection down to a sectional, the "Echo 3," we took an additional while to custom build several pieces a la carte adding a couple of extra pieces enabling us to build multiple pieces. This required some additional processes, including drawing our planned layout and measuring out each pieces dimensions to make sure it all fit in our living space, given the oversized and comfortable pieces of the Echo 3 Sectional. Pat again was a huge help, patient, caring, and answered all our questions to help make this happen. Getting our order in was painless and we were fortunate to get a quick delivery date. The furniture was delivered today, and it turned out exactly as we hoped. Fills our room, the furniture is inviting, and very comfortable. It really makes the space! We will be happy to start our furniture shopping again at Home Zone Denton in the future.

I was greeted by Pat when I arrived. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient through my application process. I was offered a drink by him and another salesman while taking a look around I'm excited to receive my new bed in a couple of weeks and will most definitely be returning very soon! Great prices for great quality furniture!

Overall, our experience with Home Zone could not have been better. From their customer service at the store, to the ease and quickness of delivery, it was fantastic! Cindy helped us at the store and she was very knowledgeable about the beds and helped us find one that fit our needs and price point perfectly, she was also very sweet and personable! The communication about our delivery was also very great, they kept us updated the whole way up until they got to our house. Would 100/10 recommend Home Zone to anyone looking for home furnishings, great quality and overall great company!

Pat was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our whole experience. He went out of his way to help us with everything we needed even when we weren’t so sure! He was patient and answered any question we had. Outstanding Service & Hospitality! 10/10 for Pat!

*edit to include delivery review* We've had multiple deliveries and I want to give them their flowers too because the delivery men were fast, efficient, and got ALL of our furniture set up quickly and with care each time. Joe was extremely personable and was VERY patient with us while we went back and forth with multiple pieces over several hours. He was also extremely hospitable and offered us refreshments and snacks. He knew how important it was for us to find pieces that fit us and our new home and offered to measure all the pieces we were looking atto ensure they were our perfect fit. Being in sales previously, I really appreciate not being pressured and Joe did not pressure us or rush us at all. He cares about his job and his clients and it truly shows. We are so thankful for you, Joe! A million thanks! Now about Home Zone... I found this on a whim by searching "furniture store" in google maps as I've never stepped foot inside of a Home Zone before. Let me tell y'all, it's refreshing walking in and seeing unique pieces and styles that you don't see at your typical furniture stores. We've been looking to furnish our house for several weeks now and could not find the right pieces. We are so happy with our purchases- we decided on a bed set, dining table, an Accent table AND the best accent pillow in the entire store : We can't wait for our furniture to come in! Thank you!!

Great experience at the Denton store with Pat. Also, sofa and ottoman delivered is even better than I thought and highly recommend. The delivery guys had a great attitude and were quick with getting my items installed in the home. Great job, Home Zone Furniture!

Hands down the best service from start to finish. I shop only Home-zone for my furniture needs, have for 6 years. I recently went back to update my living room set and it reminded me of how great the service is. I want to say thanks to Pat in sales, Kelly in dispatch and Miguel in delivery. Every employee was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly.
