Super disappointed with this store and their customer service! I just tried to return a brand new never used carpet and they wouldn’t refund me because it’s over 30 days. Lydia at the front desk was helpful and nice but the store manager Robbie didn’t even want to hear my situation and immediately said no to a refund. I am not one to return stuff and I actually hate returning stuff but this was a large purchase that I had to no use for!Will not be shopping ever here again!
Store is always busy. I’m giving it 4 stars because it is very hard to get through the isles with a shopping cart. If someone is coming down the same isle as you with their cart, one of you will have to back up to let the other one through. Other than that, I love the products that Home Goods carries
Larger, clean store with a good amount of house wares, home furnishings, furniture, rugs, pet accessories, seasonal decorations and a whole lot of stuff that you didn’t realize you really needed till you found it here. Like a barber chair. Never cut hair before, have no plans to cut hair, but hey, it’s here so why not. .
Great Place for home decor. Many items available and Great ideas for a beautiful home. Customer service is good and prices are very good. Return policy is fair also
I love this store. They have some very neat and different things through the hole store
Their prices have gone up a lot in the last couple years but still a great spot for certain items. Their artwork is generally excellent and kitchenware & stemware is still a great buy
Caters to a variety of budgets. Narrow isles. If you like to look and get ideas for decorating inside of home this is the place.
Excellent selections. Slowest cashiers in America. Maybe hire people less that 70 years old?
My wife loves shopping here, they usually have a nice selection of coffee.
Love this store, always can pick up little things I need. Beautiful goods!!
