I’ve been a customer of Home Goods in Holland for years. My most recent purchase was a Tommy Bahama chair—I used it once and the carrying strap immediately ripped off. I had already taken the tag off and thrown away the receipt because I had no intention of returning the chair. Once I realized the product was defective, I went back to the store to return it. The manager was unhelpful and rude. She could clearly see the product was poor quality and refused to help find a solution; whether by way of an exchange or store credit. Poor quality product and poor service. I’ve spent so much money over the years at Home Goods but they just lost a customer. Posting a review to warn other customers of future purchases—buyer beware!
I absolutely love this store so much to go through and look at and choose from. Nice people friendly atmosphere
Love their selections, just wish the shelves weren't so overly crowded. A nice go-to for gifts and even pet toys. It's one of my favorite stores to browse when I have the extra time.
The manager in this store went out her way to reprint receipts I lost without a fuss compared to the TJmaxx homegoods store in Grand Rapids. I felt like the customer service was so much better than in Grand Rapids.
Friendly and neat , a joy to shop there.
Bought Amish colored popcorn, Goo Be Gone, Sugar Free Salted Carmel coffee flavor.

Not a bad place to pick up everything I didn't need. Went in for pesto and baklava... walk out with a cart full of stuff.
You have to love HomeGoods the times I've been in there is like ; OMG all the nice things want to get a lot but I can't. Although; I can't go in the store without coming out with more then I had in my list.. you gotta love it!!
Home Goods is the best! My only problem is that I often go in the store with one thing I need get and I often end up with a bunch of other things and not the item I needed. That is my fault, not Home Goods. I went in for linen spray and walked out with a dog toy, dog bed cover, dish dry pad, an item that helps you unclog your drain, and a couple bags of chips for my mom. They did have linen spray, but I didn't like the smell. So it was a no go for the spray, but I did well on the other items. It is a great store to give a person ideas for their home and is reasonable in price. They have nice workers and are willing to help you. It is always a great experience shopping there!
