Excellent store to find very fine and wonderful items, gifts, and home goods : the aisles are tight but unfortunately the shoppers that shop here disregard your personal space ALL. THE. TIME. it's not the stores fault but it's mainly the people that don't understand personal space as you are looking at items. So, be aware when you shop at this location, don't be surprised if people get really close to you or get in front of you when you are looking at an item.Overall, the store is very clean and we'll organized. The items are easy to grab and look at. The items are clean as well. The aisles are tight and just enough room for one person with a cart. Wish there were more cashiers but it is what it is. An amazing store!
I live quite aways from Home Goods but when in the area I make a stop. This trip was disappointing. The store was cluttered with items needing to be placed on display. It was difficult to get around the store. I did find one item but after trying to walk the store with all the extra shelving if merchandise I gave up and left. Although the clerks at checkout were very nice the shipping experience left something to be desired. I went on a Wednesday, one would think it would be an easy shopping experience, it was not
Could use more professional cashiers. Was talked to disrespectfully. Maybe she was having a bad day. I do like the store's inventory.
The breakfast and the bob ross decorations are really good

Horrible brand, bad business & poor management. I called corporate rude receptionist representatives there was NO apology, acknowledgement or accountability. They do not offer compensation or even curtsey to honor my experience after a decade of being a customer I will gladly save my money NEVER shop here again. They FAIL to apply feedback based on these reviews seeing patterns of the same issue they dont know how to apply feedback they claim they are open but closed minded. Thank goodness for Public reviews this location has such a high turn, poor staff and no training this brand will be out of business in the future! No one supports or helps you in store. Your better off buying online or supporting other home decor stores. Discriminatory, rude, disorganized and unsupportive staff. Not only do people not want to work anymore brands should replace everyone with self-service checkout, and machines. The truth is Robots would greet, assist, and support me better. -10 do not go here save your time, energy and gas they clearly dont respect their consumers!
Quite the selection Seems like good quality A lot of unique and rare items Reasonable prices I usually only shop kitchen items so I don't have a review on other items in store Give them a look and a chance to earn a second visit
This was the first time in this store and I do love the the kinds of things this shop offers. The decorations, blankets and things all good feel too. Not a huge variety of things though, like the Christmas area is pretty limited but the stuff they do have is cute. If you're looking for Christmas table runners or tree skirts look here first. I got a table runner and a shower curtain.
The manager Amber doesn’t know what she is doing needs to be retrained.
Lots of interesting things and decent prices.
