Never been to a home goods before. Has an expensive D.I. or thrift store vibe from how much they’re trying to cram in there. Liked the candle aisle since it smelled nice. Expensive furniture one of the clearance ones said the night stand had a “scratch” when nearly half of it was falling apart lol
HomeGoods inside the South Town Mall is situated just beside the I-15, exit 293. They have a wide collections of items to give your home a renovated look. The prices are comparatively less than the other regular price shops. But sometimes you will get some amazing items at a very convenient rate. I specialy like their collection of candles which are very refreshing and relaxing. Also the seasonal collections before every season are great to watch. They have a separate rug/carpet section where you can get rugs specific to your choice and requirement. Very friendly stuff and if you love decorating your home or want to give it a more cozy ambiance this is a great store to explore.
To all DSW/Swift Drivers this is a pretty new store looking on Google maps you will see that the store was under construction in the pictures. The loading dock in the front parking lot is not the loading dock for Homegoods it is actually on the other side of the store behind a big metal door. I have changed the PIN location on the Pointe app to make it easier for other drivers to get to the correct side. It is a very tight parking lot be extremely careful when maneuvering/backing up. Good luck drivers and stay safe.
Honestly the store is great, though the aisles are unorganized. I am more aggravated with the customer service that I experienced! I had called several locations looking for a very high demand product. This location had one left in stock. I asked them to please hold the item which they said they would for 2 hours. I drove half an hour to retrieve the item only to be met with confusion. The cashier had no items under my name and then called the manager. The manager told her employee that she watched another employee PUT IT BACK and that I needed to go look for the item on the shelf. No help was offered and my item was taken by another shopper. I am a bit frustrated with the whole situation and how it was dealt with.
Great prices on home miscellany with some odd and eclectic selections. Bedding, furniture, kitchen items. Decorative and organizational things galore. No major appliances. A poorly organized clutter filled store but the deals make the hunt worthwhile. Highly recommended.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I don’t do it very often. This is one of my favorite stores and I found several things I was excited to purchase today. If it hadn’t been for the fact I really wanted to get these items, I would’ve walked away from the register. I witnessed Trisha W. treat a different customer with disrespect before I was the next one she served. She was insistent that the product I was purchasing was not the price it was tagged, and upon checking it, she announced with frustration, “well you’re getting it for [the verified price on the tag] today.“ She then proceeded to stack my china with so much aggression I thought it would crack. While all this was happening, she was barking orders at and insulting other employees. Maybe she is a manager? It was embarrassing to witness. I know I can get these products at At Home, and their location is just as close. This is not the first time I’ve had weird customer service here, but it’s getting more uncomfortable to come here. I’m definitely not about getting people fired, but honestly, I am the easiest customer on the planet to please. I’m not asking for any extra privileges or special consideration! All I ask is that you don’t break the products I am paying you for, and maybe don’t cuss somebody else out while I’m giving you money! HomeGoods, this location could use a little TLC with the customer service training.
I have a coffee bar in my house and get the majority of the flavored syrups here. This location has the best variety and stock of the Skinny Syrups around and they are cheaper than Amazon.
HomeGoods is the best. Everything we needed for the home decor expert. And all in one place. We had a question and the staff was "johnny on the spot." "Such a joy to have such good employees." That's what the store manager said and we agree!
HomeGoods is great. They have so many nice things for your house and to decorate for the holidays! I love coming to the store to get ideas on holiday decor and everything else I need for my house.
The stores phone and website posted hours as opening at 9:30. The sign by the entrance states 8:00 am. We arrived at 9:25 am and waited until 10:00 am and they still weren’t open. Very frustrating when you have other stops to make and a plan. Extremely inconsiderate of their customers.
