This location is always well stocked. I was making a gift box and needed hydrangea themed gifts for a box. They had so many options and some amazing food items. I always find treasures here. I was however, disappointed in how an older woman was addressing two young employees. I assumed they were new hires and both looked high school aged. She was giving directions and instructions in an overly exaggerated manner. She was loud and a tad condescending. She even made reference as a make employee walked by that if they didn't get their work done the gentleman would have to stay late and complete the task. I assumed this was said jest because the man said that had nothing to do with him. Everyone that is good or proficient at a task isn't always a good teacher or leader. Just my personal observation. Left a bitter taste but not going to rate the store poorly.
I love shopping at this store It's so much to select from for your home. The prices are very affordable. I love the variety of comforters and sheets for your beds. Nice decors for just about every room in your house. I'm loving the Halloween decorations.

Went in the store today to return something that I purchased on Monday. I had a photo from my fetch app with the entire receipt on the screen and the lady that worked there said they could not take a photo copy of my receipt for a return. Who is walking around with a paper receipt these day. I always snap a photo on my app and throw the receipt in the trash. The receipt number, every number is visible on the picture from the fetch app, all she had to do was type in the number and bring the recipt up and print out another one. She refused to give me my 54$ back and told me she could only give me a gift card. This was my first and last time going in Home Goods. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Anyone need a 54$ Home Good gift card?? She also said I could use it at Marshall’s and some other store. She was very RUDE!
Love HomeGoods. I have been to every store in the DFW area. Great finds and great prices. Note: If you see something you like you better get it then. Otherwise, you may come back and I have already purchased it. I have purchased kitchen barstools, vases, sideboards, nightstand, lamps, pictures, etc.
Adrienne has a nasty attitude! It cost the store $250 worth of merchandise over a pillow that had 4 tag holder to hold a ribbon in place! When I removed it the pillow tore. She rudely told me it didn’t leave there like that. Not to mention I had $300 of additional items I put back because of her way of not wanting to handle the situation! Like why staple a pillow 4 times!!!! I will be retuning the rest of the items I purchased and the credit card I was approved for!! She is an example of how not to handle customers! She honestly gave me racist vibes consider how she was following me around the store. Never ever will I be back!

Clean, organized and open. So many items so little money. A place where u can create the home u like with a budget that's small
We love going to this store and can pretty much always find what we are looking for, or at least find a few things we want if we're just browsing. The layout of the store is more open to accommodate COVID safety guidelines. Right after the shutdown, they were pretty barren, but they have gotten much more selection now. I can usually find great kitchen & cookware and clearance items like these Lenox Christmas ornaments at a fraction of their retail prices. The staff has consistently been very helpful and courteous.
I love this store, great deals and very reasonable prices. They have everything to decorate your home.
